Great service, location is not on beach but the hotel has its own beach and provides transportation free of charge. Would definitely recommend and return to it.

Very bad experience, not recommend it! First with just arriving to the hotel after a long flight, the reception told me that there is no booking under my name and asked me to check with Trip.com instead of them checking with their supplier “ ridiculous “. Another thing the Mini bar was broken at my room and they couldn’t fix it during my whole stay.

Where do I begin? We got to the hotel at around 10:30pm and went to the reception desk to check in. We had booked 2 double rooms and we had asked to have the rooms near the lift as my parents are elderly and cannot walk long distances. We went to the rooms allocated to us and quickly realised that they were on the second floor, on the opposite side of the main building, a good 10 minutes’ walk from the lift. The first room was a ‘twin room with two separate single beds and the other was a double with issues with the lighting. I came back to reception to explain that I was not happy with the rooms, and I asked to see the manager. The manager came after 15 minutes and told me that the hotel was full, and they could not give us any other rooms. How is this possible?! I reiterated that we would not accept the rooms. He told me to take the rooms and that they would be able to move us the next day. I refused this. He told us to wait whilst he looked for another room. I asked about dinner as we were told that late dinner was arranged for us. He pointed into a direction and told me that the buffet is open until 12am. By this time, it was 11:45pm and so, we went to look for this ‘buffet’. We were welcomed with scraps and leftovers with confused looks as to why we were asking for food when it was coming up to midnight. He came back with a ‘family room’ with a door connecting the rooms. Once again, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. I explained that we booked 2 double rooms, and this was not acceptable. Finally, he managed to find us 2 rooms in the new part of the building, and we made our way to the rooms. As we settled into our room, we found that the shower was broken. I really wish I had taken a photo! I called reception, who passed me onto a colleague, to the manager, who arranged for an engineer to come up, who called his colleague. The shower got fixed and we managed to get into bed around 2am – nearly 4 hours after arriving at the hotel. We experienced several issues at the hotel, and I want to share them on here so that you know what you are getting yourself into before even thinking about booking this ‘resort’. Staff Reception staff do not understand English and are extremely rude. Whilst checking out, I asked for an itemised bill 3 times, and I was ignored each time. When I asked the reception person again, he ‘kissed his teeth’ and walked away. I could not believe this! Madonna, the guest relations lady was present, and I asked her to have a word. She told him to go inside and brought out a manager to speak to me. The staff are a mixture really. Some are friendly, some ignore you and some will continuously tell you that things (juices, water, cups, certain foods) are at an extra charge. We had one young man at the barbeque who kept shouting at us each time we approached him for food. He was very frustrated with the guests. This review is dedicated to Mustafa Hamdi! A wonderful employee who gave us warm memories! He helped us and other beach visitors not to be afraid to swim in the sea, monitored our safety and kept the beach clean. A wonderful employee who makes us want to visit the coral beach again! we arrived in room 4303, from February 25 to March 5

The best thing about this hotel is the spa it’s absolutely amazing! They can’t do enough for you very experienced techniques in massage and the hair salon make you feel like royalty! If you visit this place you should definitely indulge in the spa! Food is hit and miss if you like fish it’s ok but not much for fussy English just chips! Staff are great until there is a disagreement then seems to be clicky and personally i wouldnt come back here and don’t like the attention my daughter gains like peados all try to touch little girls hairs and say my girlfriend made us feel very uncomfortable! Also avoid tattoo man visited today and was told numbing cream there wasn’t when we arrived there is cross contamination fresh needle but repeatedly put fingers in Vaseline tub instead of takin a clump on side so now worried as how many peoples blood would be mixed? Quality is not great either and when you question or complain they don’t like it and become hostile shame as beautiful heat just too many people same attitudes looking forward to going home

Absolutely fantastic holiday, comfy beds ,clean rooms ,cleaned everyday,food plenty of choice ,pools fantastic, pool staff, entertainment staff , guest relations guy so friendly and accommodating my mom 89 found the floor slightly slippery (tiled) hotel provided a wheel chair to use for the duration, shuttle bus to Soho great for a night out , shuttle bus to the beaches , I ead slightly disappointed eith the sandy beach having visited sharm.in the past i was expecting a beach but it was a harbour but the kids enjoyed it dinner was sandwiches salad and roast potatoes staff again attentive ,we might have been better going to the coral beach fir the seaside experience but we didn't get the chance to go there personal reasons,Indian on site superb the Italian also as it was my moms bday the dressed the table uo and we got party hats ,beach towels are big and clean like the fact the splash park closes fot 2hrs at dinner gives the kids a rest and adults also the kids got a bug of some sort maybe too much pool water but guest relations Kerry got us some kid paracetamol as we ran out and one of the bar staff ordered a Mac donalds to be delivered yo the hotel as kids being kids when the start to feel better start to fancy , nothing was too much trouble , guest relations manager round pool lovely man got on toweks and sunbefs every morning and even organised a meal out for us all at a local restaurant seafood and steak House called mahoni you really need to go. It's fantastic warm welcome great food fantastic atmosphere he even met us there and took my husband and son to the local shop to buy beer and wine as the restaurant doesn't sell it for religious reasons , security in Sharm is very strict but not over bearing which makes you feel safe carnt fault this hotel trying to find a good deal again for next year again big shout out to all the hard working staff even the guy who chases birds away from the table's my mom thought he wanted someone to play tennis withhe had one if those electric bats for flies don't be put off by any negative reviews hotel states it's a 5* definitely not an English 5* but hotel is clean comfy good food lovely weather what more do you want in fact my son noticed his fridge wasn't up to temp ,was replaced the sane day i didn't think.about ours and the cleaner noticed and was also replced so staff are. On the ball ,nice lit touches with the towels in bed, little fruit when we arrived and 1x bottle big bottle of water replaced every day per person in room .wish I remembered all the staffs names ,take some English money to tip a little goes a long way .

When I arrived at hotel check in was very quick. Room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was great with plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plenty of bars around the complex for drinks, day and night. I was here for a relaxing holiday so chose to spend most of my time around the main pool which was very quiet, there are 4 other pools to choose from. There is an entertainment team on site ( Madina, Alena, Leanna) that provides activities,including yoga, bowling, darts, water polo, volleyball and more for those feeling energetic. Great holiday with plenty of sunshine.

The place was very nice and clean. The workers are very nice and helpful. The food was cery good and tasty. I met Veto and he was very funny and nice. we had a great time there and we will come back for sure to meet this lovely people again we recommend it

I had a fun time at the hotel with my family. Made friends with the workers. Workers are really nice and never rude . Vlada and Vetoo were really fun to talk to and were really funny. The food and the sweets are so good. Thank you so much for the fun time I had.

What a truly amazing holiday we had at this lovely hotel. Hotel staff very accommodating, very polite and friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious as was the rest of the hotel and grounds. ( brilliant air-conditioning in the rooms ). Eslam the pool manager was brilliant and very friendly. We had fresh towels put on our sun beds every day and the pool was very clean .Foam party great fun. Food was good, but not alot of choice compared to some 5* hotels . this didn't bother us. We had great fun at the Aqua Park which had a good choice of slides. There is two beaches you can get the shuttle bus to. we went to the sandy beach and we hated it. man made beach with horrible yellow sand that stained your shoes yellow. Not a very nice veiw from the beach. Soho Square is a must .. lots of shops and lit up like a Christmas tree. Would we go back ? YES . but not go to the beach.

Hotel staff very welcoming on arrival. Ultra clean hotel and continual cleaning throughout at all times. Our room was great the bed was comfortable, it was nice and quiet and we slept very well. Restaurant was great with different foods so much choice and the staff again were amazing and helpful. A special mention for Ashraf for his hard work and dedication who went above and beyond to keep all his customers happy around the pool area. A great credit to the hotel as was Gorges in the reception bar a true gentleman always served us with a smile on his face. Although we didn’t join in with the entertainment they always greeted us with a cheery hello but never hassled us.

Hotel is better than we expected. Staff are so friendly and always trying to get you involved in activities. Zezo and Alina from the animation team especially. The barman Ashraf is amazing and will always ensure your drink is never empty!!!

It was my first time in Egypt and I was travelling alone. I had been to a resort in another country alone a couple of years before and there was not much entertainment for younger people in the evenings but the entertainment team here were amazing. In particular Vlada and Elina were very friendly and do their best to make you feel at home.

Absolutely perfect, super friendly and welcoming staff , no issues threw out the whole stay , helped with and questions I had and were very fast to keep thing running steady , would definitely recommend and shall be coming back again ! Amazing reps aslo (elina) !!
