Wonderful holiday resort for families. Great location for beach and marine life fans. Definitely try snorkeling. They also offer all sort of water activities onsite, including diving (PADI), island trips, aqua aeropics, etc. All the food in the restaurants is fresh and delicious locally outsourced, too. Staff is friendly, helpful and dedicated people who go above and beyond to provide seemless service. Special shout out to Osama from Le Cafe, Waled from Exotic, Atef from The Waves, Mahmoud and Nour from the Front Office team. If you are looking for a polished glam luxury, that's not the place for you. But if you are in search of an easy and relaxed vacation place, with kind people, genuine smiles and fun music, Royal Monte-Carlo resort is definitely for you.

Just returned from a 15 night stay. Second time here this must be one of the top hotels in Egypt Easy check in. Meals available until late. Initial room was noisy during the night from the plant machinery. New room soon allocated within one hour in the morning by reception. Do noy be afraid to contact reception or any of the staff if you have any problem they will sort it. Hotel was not full so plenty of sun beds and loungers around the pool and in the beach area. Everywhere kept clean and tidy. Gardens magnificent. Good snorkeling of the pier. Be aware bars and restaurants set over three floors so lots of stairs. Five restaurants apart from the main one. Chinese and Indian vey good. Tasty Pizzas and burghers daily from the beach restaurant. (Waves). Take a trip to Sharm Old Market for souvenirs only EGP470 about £8 return in taxi. ALL staff cleaners, lifeguards, waiters chefs and managers absolutely brilliant very polite and helpful. Special thanks to AYMAN,OSAMA (main restaurant). HANY) (reception bar}. MICHAEL,OMAR,AKMED.ATAF. for looking after us and making our stay so enjoyable, May be our last trip to Egypt but if we return it will be to this hotel.

The best hotel in Sharm El Sheik March 2024 ! Hotel is very clean, rooms good. Beautiful garden ,nice beach, very good and high quality food and friendly staff! The best holiday with friends and family! Shops nearby, we liked the Mango market. We recommend!

Hotel has 5 stars. Really it is not so. Garden design is beautiful. Gardeners work very good. Coral reef is interesting, many diff fish. But place for swimming is very short. If you like to swim - it is not for you. Rooms are traditionally big. Comfortable. But only with cold and slightly warm water. I’ve got hot water in shower only 1 time, after 20 min water was running. Other days were not so lucky. Restaurant - nothing special. But you will have smt to eat. A la Carte - nothing special, looks like food from usual restaurant just put on other plates. Salads are not fresh, souses not tasty. Personal is ok. Room cleaning ok. Fruits, drinks and snacks available all the time. When you pay money, you wait service promised by operator. This time I am not happy with the choice. I will not go to this hotel again.

We have recently been at this fantastic hotel Resort for a week. We have experienced fantastic service - which is an understatement - we have experienced world class service and atmosphere. The BEST experience ever!!! We felt like royals on this hotel. Especially very excellent service by Osama (magic man), Atif who made special cocktails every afternoon and Ayman who made every morning a happy one with nothing missing at all❤️thank you all for a such nice vacation. A warm welcome awaits at this luxury hotel. The staff are attentive and the needs of guests are foremost. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are well appointed. The pools are pristine and there are plenty of loungers available. Food is excellent and there is a varied and plentiful choice in the buffet restaurant. Separate themed restaurants are available for those preferring more intimate à la carte dining. The beautiful grounds are well maintained and there is an abundance of bougainvilleas. We have stayed twice at this hotel and will certainly be returning.

Our Group consisted of 25 People and we arrived at the Hotel we were treated like VIPS nothing was a problem, rooms were great service was amazing. Wedding ceremony was planned with hotel Manager and location picked. The Manager Mamoud was absoloutley amazing in helping with the day arranging flowers decorations, seating and food for the guests. Had the best time all the staff were great and looked after us especially at eating times in buffet restaurant. Enjoyed 7 great days and we will always remember this magnificiant hotel. Great hotel, FIVE STAR ***** SERVICE.

We upgraded to the Royal section and money well spent the room was lovely good mini bar bowl of fruit and bottle fizz waiting.Beebo from housekeeping kept our room clean and always on hand offering help. The Royal restaurant which was for breakfast and lunch was amazing. Chef Hermina and waiter Ahmed were fantastic cooking fresh fish or what ever you wanted with Ahmed very attentive also bringing drinks to the beach regularly. Mohamed took over from Ahmed for the last couple days and was also excellent. The main barman in reception was brilliant we went to see him every night for a few and he mixed us up some great cocktails and finally Michael the manager over seeing everyone was excellent always asking if we were happy or needed anything so helpful and kind you were ALL brilliant people and we can't wait to return as soon as we can to see you again Lots of love David and Carole Simpson from Newcastle UK
