房間乾淨整潔很舒服老闆熱情好客很樸實每次出差都在這裏住宿停車方便配套設施齊全早餐方便交通便利出門就是地鐵站

滿意好好好，不錯的選擇，在她們家住了好幾次，都是那麼的乾淨，衞生沒的説，環境也很好，設施很齊全，還有一次性馬桶套，一次性牙刷也比別人家的好，服務也特別好，必須五星好評，強烈推薦！

這是極差的體驗，從幾個方面論述
1酒店名稱是皇家驛站，住宿的地方卻去的宜家公寓，有正規登記流程不走，卻加了微信就要身份證照片，侵犯個人私隱不説，還説不給身份證不負責什麼的，堅決要求按流程走後給了一個碼，卻是水墨逸家的，有可能違規經營
3態度極端蠻橫，打電話無理謾罵，而且要求退款多次拒接，言語輕薄。服務態度差。
2環境奇差，壁紙都是破的，衞生間又臟又差，房間還有異味。拖鞋都是臭的。
4退款服務很差勁，後來人注意！
5隨便轉發別人個人訊息 侵犯私隱

太差了，如圖。到處臟兮兮，衞生間的淋浴漏水，滿地。從沒住過這麼差勁的地方。和介紹的圖片嚴重不符！！！

不在瀋陽工作了，走的時候住了一下。第一回嘗試這種公寓式酒店，十分不錯，比快捷酒店還好哈。什麼都有十分不錯也很滿意哈。
就是小年輕半夜折騰聲有點大…………老尷尬了哈哈哈不過這也沒法避免。總體滿意。
適合年輕人👱有什麼不會的流程加店家微信，會一一指導你入住哈。
