房子很乾凈，也很安靜。位置很棒，對面就是體育學院，沒多遠就是瀋陽南站和國際展覽中心，樓下吃飯的地方也很多，

買之前問店家隔音怎麼樣，因為第二天要考試怕休息不好影響發揮，店家説隔音很好，隔壁看電視都聽不見，我就團了，結果到哪裡去走廊來回走動的聲音，別的樓層關窗户的聲音，隔壁掛衣服的聲音，兩個人聊天的聲音，甚至坐床上的聲音都能聽見，半夜有人不停的在樓道里走來走去，空調的聲響也非常大，戴着耳機都被空調不時突然傳出來的聲音給嚇醒了，晚上根本沒休息好，第二天考場的時候犯困，有6-7分平時都會的都沒答出來，當時腦子不轉個了。真是恨透了這種賣家。而且以為是酒店我什麼都沒帶，結果手紙也沒有多少，就2個半卷，根本不夠用，木梳也沒有，礦泉水也沒有，去了連個前台也沒有，鑰匙直接給我放箱子裏了讓我自己取，還要按金，要我直接微信轉賬，我要早上去都不讓，讓我12點以後再入店，真是小人，否則很有可能就考上了，差了6-7分！！！不誠信的商家
