The hotel environment and facilities are OK, and it can be considered a three or four star hotel, but one thing I don't understand is that the air conditioner in the room can't be adjusted automatically. It's more than 20 degrees outside, and the temperature in the room is 26 or 28 degrees. It's too hot. I called the front desk and they said I could open the window the next day, but it didn't cool down even after the window was opened. It's so hot that it's uncomfortable to sleep. If you can't sleep well, don't mention anything else in this hotel, and the air conditioner can't be adjusted the next day. Secondly, the hotel breakfast tastes average, with relatively few varieties, probably only a dozen or so in total, which is very average. No wonder they say that adding Hampton and Hilton doesn't matter. As for the room temperature, the experience is very poor.

The environment is very good, clean and sanitary, and the smell is fresh and elegant. Not only did they upgrade the room type for free, but they also sent a welcome fruit plate. The security guard Wang Yunying was proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted very good. In short, it was a very good travel experience. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
