This looked and felt like a top notch business hotel and very conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options. We arrived late so were glad reception lady told us a walkable steamboat place was still open. The room was new and flawless. Pity I didn't have time to enjoy the bathtub and it was kinda semi open concept so wasn't that convenient and would have felt cold in winter and with Aircon. Beds were super comfortable and I enjoyed possibly the best sleep during my trip. They even have a Pillow Menu - lesson learnt next time I would choose the firmest cos China tends to use soft pillows that do not support my neck well enough. Nonetheless really enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed wonderful view and with electric blinds.

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

Large and comfortable room, great gymnasium, indoor swimming pool. Sauna area is relaxing. Most staffs are polite. Breakfast buffet seating very comfortable, though some of the food is not so delicious. Check in time at 2pm. Told the room is under cleaning, ask me to check in at 3pm. When back at 3pm, the room is not ready. Need to wait at lobby for another 15 mins.

First of all, if you are going to the Shenzhen exhibition hall, I really recommend it. You can go straight to the back of the hotel, and breakfast is also good as it is a comfort food. There are also many restaurants, convenience stores, and fruit shops nearby. The condition of the accommodation is good and the feedback is quick. All the staff there are friendly and I will visit again next time. The view from the accommodation is also nice.

This is my first time staying at this Yuenanguo Hotel. The facade doesn’t look very big, but I didn’t expect it to be special. The room is so beautiful and new. The sheets and duvet covers are also clean. The windows are large and the sound insulation effect is very good. I sleep very comfortably. The room is still It has a smart home and a small refrigerator with free drinks. There is a subway station 30 meters away, and parking is free. It is so close to Huanggang Port and the Convention and Exhibition Center, and there are many places to eat and lively! The waiter at the front desk has a nice attitude, is very patient and kind, and there are free scented tea and coffee at the front desk, as well as robot food delivery! The price is so cheap, I will stay here again next time!

Intercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

Originally, breakfast was not included, but the lobby staff also invited us to have a simple breakfast. Unfortunately, the training was too long and we had no time to eat. I stayed there for two days from 11 to 13 Jan. I have to say that the services were excellent. Since I came to Shenzhen for some urgent matters. I came almost completely unprepared, which caused me many troubles regarding payment, bookings for RNA test to obtain the health code that is required by Hkgov. I didnt even bring my adaptor along! But the staffs have assisted me with the best ways possible in a super-friendly attitude. Without their assistance, im probably still stuck in Shenzhen now.

I only slept there. For a foreigner it's the type that is suitable if u just want somewhere to sleep for a night not stay for 2+days. a was For such setup i'm happy, but for 2 nights it might not be convenient. The toilets are squat toilets. Need to rent the towel for 10rmb. No slippers. The area is very big with many local people who all share the toilet. Had to pay 50rmb for lost key as well.
