Staff are really friendly, was able to connect on wechat before and they were flexible with check in and check out times. It was also very easy to request for additional items such as towels and toilet rolls. It does seem that the cleaners come in daily to clean as well, although the general state of cleaniness does leave some room for improvement - there were still raisins on the floor in between exposed floor boards, and under the bed it was really bad - we had kids who had been flicking items all around and it did involve us having to look under the bed. Location is fantastic, really close to the Da Sha Riverside park which goes down to Shenzhen Bay Park and there are lots of restaurants nearby as well as hair salons, massage places and cafes. All in all a good experience.
