房東人很好，回覆消息快速，有問題解決很快。
房屋裝修很新，走道也很乾凈。
房屋初看很整潔，但是仔細看屋內衞生令人髮指。被褥是深色的，本來就不顯臟。但是被褥上頭髮、食物殘渣清晰可見，打掃阿姨不換床單就給下一客居住，實在讓人頭皮發麻。
建議好好管理一下，雖然是服務流動的客人，但也不能這麼偷工減料，床單都不換。那麼裝修再好有什麼用呢。
