房間比預想中的好多了，乾淨衞生，傢俬比較新，大劇院地鐵口走出來5分鐘左右就到了，樓下有個商場，吃飯逛街，非常方便。

公寓離大劇院地鐵口很近，在京基100大廈旁邊，樓下就是Kkmall商場，吃飯購物出行十分方便，房間不算豪華，但是應有盡有，喜歡大落地窗，房間內比較乾淨，十分舒適，進樓有保安，安全性高，居住還是比較放心的，服務態度好，有機會再來，還會選擇這裏

就在KK Mall樓上，大劇院站B出口直出KK Mall B1層，但識路就好快，唔識路行出地面就要兜圈，根本就是小單位民宅改裝，毛巾同洗浴用品好髒，用完也不加添，暖氣不夠开成晚都好凍，但是民居改的，竟然有洗衣機、廚房、大冰箱，長住一兩週就方便好多，好在熱水夠熱，只住一晚求其啦，管理阿姐幾好傾，訂金退款（直入支付宝）都好快，老實說以設施算，我寧願俾多100大元住上週的福田/水圍皇朝啦，一切都好好多，不是多100元就比你強咯，下次都係住皇朝，這家試過一次就算。

公寓在大型商場旁, 許多食店, 又近地鐵站, 晚上逛附近夜市也非常方便.
公寓內很整潔, 乾淨, 我們連同兩位老人家和兒子, 共5 人, 租住兩個單位, 負責人多給我們枕頭和被, 很貼心.
租住兩個單位, 樓層19 和20 樓, 在省時的情況下, 我們走樓梯, 很方便.
但負責人忘記告知我們, 兩個單位是位於1 棟和2 棟 (兩棟樓是相連), 雖帶我們走了一次, 我還是拍錯了別人的屋門.
建議負責人再提醒一下會更好.
