Service was top notch. We are very pleased with the service from every staff in St Regis. The view from our room was amazing and we absolutely love it. Breakfast selection is great. We were invited for the champagne tasting at 100th floor but we didn’t manage to go. Next trip!!

I had a really good experience at the St Regis. The location was very close to the Shenzhen Sports Center, where I saw Mariah Carey. Close enough to walk back after the concert when I couldn’t find a taxi or didi. My room was lovely and clean, the service, including turn down service and the e-butler I contacted, were very helpful, and the food at the lunch buffet and breakfast buffet was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Indian food at both buffets. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Amazing hotel next to some nice malls and a very beautiful park. Smooth and very fast check in from a great front desk manager Audrey - literally, the best front desk manager in whole China. Spotless room with a stunning view, comfortable bed and amazing breakfast! Can’t wait to come again! LOVE IT! Thank you so much everyone for our amazing experience!

St. Regis Hotel at Shenzhen provided a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and relaxation! My weekend staycation there was indeed a memorable and relaxing one. The champagne evening ritual was a highlight of the stay 🍾🥂 and each guest was given a complimentary champagne to chill during the golden hours. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a mini getaway!

We booked a 2-night stay over the Easter holiday. The location is excellent, situated next to a mall and just a few metro stops away from the Futian High-Speed Rail train station. Our overall experience was positive. However, upon entering our initial room, we discovered a used sock and a pack of cigarettes on the floor. The staff promptly relocated us to another room and even provided an upgrade. While the new room was more spacious than the one we had originally booked, such oversights from a renowned brand were unacceptable. Another notable point was the absence of automated delivery robots for takeaway service at the hotel. Instead of enjoying the convenience of food delivered directly to our room, we had to take the lift to the lobby on the 95th floor and then back down to the 1st floor to collect our food, which was stored in a wooden drawer without any insulating features. This was different to the typical hotel experience, where staff or robots will help to deliver the food to rooms and was a slight inconvenience. Despite these issues, we were satisfied with our stay on the whole.

The hotel is in a prime location, right next to Kk Mall and very close to the subway station. The service from the hotel entrance to check-in and the butler service was excellent. Every staff member was very friendly, attentive, and proactive in helping. The hotel facilities were well-equipped.

This is the second time we stayed here. Better experience then the previous visit. Frontdesk staff was so nice and had arranged a room with decoration of birthday. Simple but sincere. With a free entry during happy hour at 100/F bar. Snacks and drinks were fine. Will recommend friends to visit definitely.

Our stats at St Regis were beyond our expectation.The location was in the best location. The front desk was very helpful. Our room has the perfect view of the Shenzhen. Big and clean room. the bed was so comfortable. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Var at the 97th floor was big where you can have a fancy night to have your cocktail drink.

It was great and luxury stay. We was fully satifyed from kitchen and all staff service. Choose of champange was great! Chears

We live in Shenzhen and decided to have a staycation at St.Regis during ChingMing holiday. We wanted a specific view with a bathtub next to the window, and the lady at the front desk (sorry, I forgot the name) helped us meet our request by upgrading our room. The view was fantastic!!! We tried the swimming pool, gym - all good. Breakfast was good with a variety of both Chinese and western food (come early to avoid crowds). Thank you, Blank Xia for the smooth check out process and the service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend St.Regis for fantastic views, good service and great location!

Perfect service and excellent experience, except the washroom glass door that totally ruin the privacy

Have had an amazing experience in St. Regis Shenzhen!! With great view on the 96/F. Amazing bar with live band and cocktails. A special thanks to manager Crystal, who is really kind and passionate, for such a detailed introduction to the hotel and the special gift☺️Bloody mary at the bar is really a signature🤗definitely will come again for our next visit to shenzhen☺️

Booked for my boyfriend’s birthday celebration and talked to hotel for a small deco - we received a small cake and fruit platter - which was actually okay and indicated the Reservations team had done their job putting remarks properly. The part we didn’t like was the service during stay - I requested hotel to help pick up, store the cake for me the same time I asked for small deco, they said OK and would let Concierge contact me for this?! I didn’t receive any call or message from them at all! Eventually I had to pick up myself from their takeaway cabinet outside (I was lucky I was at the hotel when cake arrived), if not the cake would have melted in the cabinet. Also when I tried to pass the cake for hotel storage and send to my room (as a surprise)later when we return, 3-4 staff stood there and told me to FIND CONCIERGE or CONTACT YOUR BUTLER SERVICE. I mean, I was not introduced what contact I can use to talk to your butler service during check in, and I dunno where the heck is your concierge. Those staff actually stood there doing nothing , and one of them kinda of offered to help me after I went out of patience. In sum, if you’re looking for place to celebrate birthday, don’t go for this hotel. I’ve never encountered the similar in any other hotels in my life
