Amazing stay at the St Regis. The counter staff Oscar has been of great help. Highly recommended to stay at the St Regis. It is super convenient and is literally next to KK mall. The room is so comfortable that we felt sad when we were checking out. Would definitely be back again and try their dining options!!

Excellent hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at both the reception and the restaurant. Fantastic views over the city. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety of foods.

Amazing hotel room and exceptional service, front desk staff Jason and Rachel were very friendly and helpful, not to mention butler Loka warm and thoughtful welcome to the room. Very comfortable and luxury room with great views, highly recommend.

A friend promised that the St. Regis Shenzhen provided among the best hotel experiences in China, so I had high hopes. I wasn’t disappointed. Amazing service throughout my stay, facilities that were beyond beautiful (the lobby!!), swimming on the 75th floor, delicious drinks in the lobby bar… I booked my stay hoping to feel luxurious and indulgent; the hotel more than delivered. This is the kind of hotel stay I’ll remember (and enthuse about) for years to come.

Very pleasant experience, originally only stayed in the St. Regis Hotel for one night, but because chief Bulter Faust Hong arranged a very warm stay for me and my wife, we stayed for two more nights. The service of the St. Regis Hotel Shenzhen is very good, and the room is quiet, but the view of Hong Kong is not as good as the view of Shenzhen.

I had a wonderful at the St Regis this weekend. The service and facilities were beyond excellent. I felt catered and seen to for every minute of my stay, and really appreciated the way the staff went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. The food was incredibly delicious and the view from the bar was the best view of Shenzhen I have ever seen. I would recommend to everyone I know to come and stay at this hotel.

Best view in town hands down. Service was excellent as expected from St. Regis. Personal butler was professional and kind and staff did well to prepare birthday celebration for my daughter which she was so happy and wrote a letter to thank their kindness. The design of the room is great but just falls a tiny bit short to other St. Regis we had stayed before. But the view is so magnificent anything else just doesn't matter

Strategic location and KK mall is just in the vicinity of St. Regis. Very convenient. Room is neat and tidy with great panoramic view. It is awesome and wonderful. Everyone must enjoy this. A little queue up during check in but it was fine. Front desk staff were polite. But unluckily, the soundproofing of my room (locate as Room No.10) is very bad. I kept hearing the next door come in-and-out with door opening and closing. I understood that it cannot blame the guests but the door hinge doesn't work effectively. It is so ironic that St. Regis aims to provide the guests with good sleeping but the real was not. The sound made my sleep very bad and it was really ruined my stay. Keep avoiding to be allocated the room facing north.

The location is very nice, right next to KK mall. Checking in room on 96/F, overseeing the amazing view of Shenzhen CBD. First we was arrange to room 1801, but we are staying to celebrate valentine day, we would like to have the bath top next to window. The butler, Alice arranged to us to stay at the room and informed price detail for upgrading. The process was smooth, we switched to different room within 10 mins, meanwhile we took some stunning pictures with those turndown amenities. After dinner at KK mall, we experienced the gym and swimming pool on 75/F, everything is so 5 stars, water and towel can be access easily. Morning buffet on 95/F offered many different options , western pastry to Chinese noodle bar and so on. We had some delicious eggs. The overall experience was great, even the hotel generously offered us a late check out at 4pm. I love the kindness of those staff and St.Regis brand name.

It was quite an experience to live a day on 77th floor! We were also lucky to witness the daily Champagne 🍾 celebrations based on the rituals by Napoleon using his saber to open the bottle. We could then toss to the beautiful sunset in Shenzhen. It would have been perfect if the buffet breakfast could offer more.....the food was less than expected.
