Hotel was well located right next to the metro although it is a little far from the attractions. The receptionist spoke English and check-in was quick although the hotel did not accept payment with foreign cards. You need to have Alipay or WeChat pay on your phone or pay cash or have a Chinese card. Our room smelt of smoke but they changed it without any problem. The bed in our room was a little hard. Breakfast was very nice if you like Chinese cuisine. We liked the spa: massage was very good and well priced. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very nice, they upgraded us to the rooms on the 25th floor. The staff is very friendly. The check in was smooth! Will visit again in the future

A hotel with a high cost-effectiveness in Nanshan/Nanyou area. It was my first time staying there and the experience was beyond my expectations.
1. Although the hotel was renovated in 2018, it is still well maintained after 6 years. There is no damp and musty smell in the rooms and public areas. It is very clean and refreshing;
2. The hotel has convenient parking, the lobby is clean and comfortable, and the staff is in good spirits and very enthusiastic;
3. Special thanks to Xiao Luo from the front desk for upgrading the deluxe mountain view twin room for free. I was very satisfied with the stay. My family said that overseas guests will also stay here in the future;
4. The transportation is super convenient and it is also convenient to eat. The subway station of Line 9 is Lilin Station downstairs. There are many food places behind the hotel. There is a Starbucks about 500 meters away on foot, and there is Chunmanyuan on the 3rd and 4th floors of the hotel. It is so convenient!
