Room is nice
But it’s not exactly the same address that I book from the website
Luckily room quality is better than the listed address on website
It’s inconvenience if u don’t have china mobile to call them and get the keys, otherwise it’s hard to check in alone

This is my second stay here. The location is convenient, the room is clean, I love the projection screen, the balcony faces the sea, and the room is full of sunshine during the day. I booked this room specifically to relax and it is very pleasant.

Security is excellent. You have to register to enter and exit, and scan a QR code to use the elevator.
The facilities are new, clean, and tidy. There's a large screen, and the clothes hangers are electronically adjustable.

Mr. Li, the person in charge, was very nice. When he learned my parents weren't sure how to get to the apartment, he met them at Exit C of Xiasha Subway Station.
The room had a projector for watching TV, which wasn't very user-friendly for my elderly parents. They also didn't quite understand how to use the air conditioner remote. In short, for an elderly couple who don't speak Mandarin, living in China takes time to learn new things.

The location is not very close, but the apartment is clean and the room is smart controlled and can only be opened with a password. In Hong Kong, you have to go to the government office downstairs to register with your Home Return Permit and get a QR code before you can use the elevator.

The floor was rotten and there was a peculiar smell in the room and outside corridor. There was no shower gel, only two bottles of shampoo and one bottle of conditioner. Also found that the toilet had old urine stains that were not cleaned up, which was disgusting. The only good thing was the location.

Good, good, I booked this place for the show. It's very close and convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs. There is a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave in the room, a kitchen and a small balcony.
