The hygiene of this store is extremely dirty. 1. There were two stains on the newly replaced quilt cover that had dried up. I asked customer service to get a replacement one. When I went back to the room, what I got was a black, torn quilt with holes more than ten centimeters long. Bed sheets. 2. The quilt in the guest room had black and yellow stains on the edge of the quilt. 3. Cockroaches crawled along the walls and floor in the room. 5. The air conditioning outlet was very dirty.
