We booked a couple rooms at Pagoda hotel. The room had a package of going to a mini zoo as part of the deal. It was a really cool add on experience. We will try the snow ❄️ park next time. Our room also had audio visual equipment which is the projector 📽️ and screen in the photos you see. The hotel is super clean, the staff so friendly and it’s in a convenient location. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and after dinner eats. Which were all super delicious. On top of there are so many food options around you. And you are walking distance to a mall with even more options. The 14th floor has a gym, laundry services,and 24 hour arcade plus self services nail. We are already looking to book again with them!!!

Very good hotel in a very good location, next to Line 5 can go directly to Shenzhen North Station, there are quite a lot of nearby business districts, convenient transportation, the hotel lobby is very stylish, standard star business hotel, staff are very polite, service is very good, check-in efficiency is very fast, The room is quite clean, the facilities are well-equipped, in line with the Grand Skylight brand standard, and the room is according to my personal needs. The room type selected by the front desk lady is very good and quiet. Because I sleep relatively lightly, I put forward some requirements on the room selection. I didn't expect the arranged room to be so good. In addition, their service was very intimate and attentive. About half an hour, the lobby manager came to visit with a fruit plate and asked about the experience of the stay. He attached great importance to the customer's experience. My stay here was very pleasant. The room had everything I needed, including ample USB ports for charging as well as wireless charging for compatible phones. The decor is modern, clean and stylish with photographs of Shenzhen on the walls which is a nice touch. I used room service twice and the food was very high quality, well prepared and we'll presented. The menu caters for both Asian and western tastes. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I'd stay again.

It takes about 10-15min for me and my family to get there on foot. The location is good especially you are surrounded by nice food! There's a night food street a few minutes walk away from the hotel to satisfy our cravings for Chinese food which starts at 4pm and ends at 11pm. The staffs in the hotel are very nice and approachable. We got a day of free breakfast instead of the welcome drink stated on the booking site. I like how the room is designed, simple, clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the welcome card and drinks prepared by the cleaning staff, she cleaned the room everyday for the room that I stayed. The staff also react quick in changing the room that we stayed as there's cigarette smell in the room due to faulty in the ventilation. The plus point of the room is we don't need the adapter for the plug, there's USB port in the room! Eventhough the hotel is beside the road, but it's very quiet. Overall, the stay in the hotel is superb and I would love to stay in this hotel again the next time!

It is only 20 meters away from the C1 exit! And there is breakfast next to it! It's very convenient to have breakfast! The service at the front desk is in place and very responsible. The room facilities are good, there is free mineral water in the room, and the front desk gave me two more bottles. This hotel has a great atmosphere and a good sense of experience.
