To find this hotel, exit the East gate of Shenzhen North rail station. The hotel is just a short walk, maybe 100 yards at most, keeping to the left until you see a set of steps leading to an none descript entrance door of this super tall building. The entrance does not say Pullman, but there is a large sign in Chinese that does say Pullman before the steps. Once inside, there are signs posted in English directing you to the elevators which take you to the lobby on the 46 floor. Breakfast is ok, a bit of western (waffle/pancake/eggs, sausage,/ cerial), but mostly traditional chinese fair. View is spectacular. Room service easy with Q scan, portions are small and price is high. Service attentive and English no issue.

I visit the room every once in a while. The front office manager Ye Jiangping heard that I had not eaten, so she brought fruits and snacks. Wang Honghai, the night shift manager, coordinated the call for an ambulance until he sent me to the car. Sales manager Lei Li also insisted on contacting and coordinating for me during her own off-duty hours. Attentive service and responsible work. It is recommended to stay in such a hotel. As a customer, you can feel at ease and feel at ease.

The transportation is very convenient. It is less than a 10-minute walk from Metro Line 4/Line 6. It is also very close to the bustling commercial street, where you can find delicious food and drinks. The beds and pillows in the hotel are very comfortable. The children loved it so much that they stayed here for 6 days. There is a self-service laundry and drying area on the 9th floor, which is very convenient. The staff at the hotel are very good at their service. If I ask for help in the middle of the night to provide cotton swabs, they will be delivered by a robot, which is very considerate. Especially the little girl No. 09, so cute!

I stayed here twice during the Spring Festival this year. Picture 10 shows the reviews and hotel responses from February 13th to 15th. Pictures 1-9 shows the breakfast from February 17th to 18th. The breakfast was richer, the room was clean, and the experience was better! I am satisfied with Atour's laundry facilities and mattresses, and recommend adding pillow experience services. The service attitude of the staff is warm and friendly! 👍Although it is far from the subway station, taking a taxi is not expensive. It is only about 2 kilometers away from Yi Fang City, Sam's and Costo supermarkets.

I highly recommend this apartment. The customer service lady has a very gentle voice. Check-in is very quick after adding WeChat for remote check-in, which will save a lot of time! Super convenient! It was my first time to come to Shenzhen and I didn’t know where to go. The customer service lady immediately told me where to go for fun. I spent these two days in Shenzhen, thanks to the help of this beautiful girl! The bed in the first apartment I stayed in was really different from that in a hotel. It was very soft and comfortable. We stayed here for a big Thanksgiving party. The space was even perfect for 20 people cooking and having a good time. The price is amazing for the type of apartment. Well worth the stay. Outside the area there are many restaurants and food, but it also comes with a full kitchen so we cooked and brought our own food. The staff is very friendly to foreigners and make it a point to communicate with foreign guest. I will definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness: It’s really only worth one point. When you go to the toilet every day, there are three or four bugs waiting for you. We have to collect toiletries and close the boxes every day. We stayed for five days and the aunt basically didn’t clean them every day. She just put a toilet for us. There are no toilet paper or shower caps. Facilities: The water from the shower head in the bathroom is very small, and the yellow marks on the toilet have not been wiped off. I thought it was because someone peed and it was not flushed. Fortunately, the location is very good. It is five minutes away from Hongshan Subway Station. There is an art gallery and library downstairs. There is a Wal-Mart about 10 minutes' walk away. There is a 711 and McDonald's in the lobby. It is very convenient for shopping, traveling and eating. There is also a direct bus to Hong Kong at the door. When checking in, remember to ask the front desk to arrange a room on the inside, otherwise the subway will be outside. The door to the room has signs of being broken into, so be careful not to leave valuables in the room.
