Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Iseshima

Shima|0.65km from Hana Kake Ebisu
It's cheap or bad. It's not cheap because it was 20,000 yen / person on holidays, but it seems that you can stay at about 10,000 on weekdays, but there is still no reason to take the trouble to go to Shima (Shima) for transportation costs and time. I didn't expect it from the word of mouth, but the food and facilities are worse than I imagined. If you go with your family with meal expectations, you will make a big mistake. Zero local ingredients, the quality and quantity of the buffet are not good. [Meals] The quantity and quality are not good. Although it is Shima, there are almost no local ingredients. Just lined up super ingredients. The seats are also small. I stayed for several nights, but the ingredients are exactly the same. Long-term use is impossible. Western food for breakfast is terrible. Bread is dry. For dinner, meat is processed meat with beef fat. You should think that it just satisfies your appetite. Salads are everywhere It's a pity that there is no highlight dish The seats are generally small. It's too packed to worry about corona infection Supper buffet is a buffet that is everywhere and is at a level of 980 yen at a small restaurant. Desserts are also unattractive. The quality of the soft serve ice cream is also old-fashioned ice cream. Breakfast is 500 yen level. The coffee is not delicious too. [Room] The 10 tatami room has a step in the toilet for some reason. This is the first time for such an inn. There are few equipment. There is no coffee cup. There is no air purifier. [Surprised!] Wi-Fi cannot be used. I understood that it could not be used by word of mouth, but it is not a place where light lines cannot be laid. It is unknown why only a part of the first floor (near the front desk) can be used even though it has been said from the beginning of operation. Why doesn't the manager of the inn and the manager in charge of reception improve? Impossible. Bring a towel in the room when going to the bath. I went to enjoy the hot springs, but every time I return from the bath to the room, my yukata and clothes get wet. Of course, there is no bag. I forgot to bring a towel from the room, so when I asked the front desk to borrow it, I was told that I would add 100 yen for a rental towel. And old towels. It's so terrible that you can't compare it to other facilities in Oedo Onsen where you can buy new or high-quality towels even if you are 100 average (I used three other places, but Ise Shima can only do one ⭐︎)

Premier Resort Yuga Ise Shima

This hotel is a true jewel, rarely found nowadays in the age of ”business hotels”. This hotel does not just do business, ii provides you with a home away from home for a day, week or month. It is and has aged, admittedly, but very gracefully. It has character, starting from a generous 32+ sqm room with a superb view out into the sea, solid wood furniture, an excellent public bath on floor one, very comfortable ”viewing areas” to appreciate sunsets or read a book at the higher floors, a tasty breakfast (Japanese) in the morning plus some good coffee for those who can`t live without it. Business hotels`CEOs: Send your employees to Yuga Iseshima for them to learn how to treat your guests with friendliness, warmth and empathy. Yuga Iseshima has lasting style, not short time fads and fashions ...
Shima Kanko Hotel the Classic

This was definitely my best experience at a hotel in Japan. Hotel staff were very courteous and attentive. We were treated like VIPs throughout the stay. Our room was superb, with a great view of the bay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (where can we buy those pillows?). The room was very quiet. In many hotels, you will often hear some buzzing noise of AC (?), but not in this hotel. We particularly enjoyed our time in the guest lounge with a reading room—looking over Ago Bay at sunset and enjoying small but exquisite hors d'oeuvres (the quiche was a killer!). For non-readers, this is a romantic place to look into your lover’s eyes. I enjoyed reading, relaxing next to my husband, who was sipping wine. I couldn’t finish “Karei-naru Ichizoku” so we will come back to finish the book. It would be better if the reading room had a better selection of books both in Japanese and in English--for example, some novels set in ocean resort hotels (I can recommend some), and reading lamps (for after sunset). Our stay concluded with an amazing breakfast. Although it was called “American breakfast,” it came with soup (which tasted great) and a salad (which tasted great, too, and very very fresh—cucumbers tasted amazingly juicy). I have never had a better egg benedict! The hollandaise sauce is flavored with shrimp, elevating the egg benedict to a real French dish. Overall, this is the best place to come when you want to be pampered. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Hiogiso

Hiogiso is our best memory in Japan where we stayed for 3 weeks. We loved the place, the meals, the kindness of the staff, who really took care of us and were so smiley. We slept well, the room was comfortable, well equipped and spacious. The view was also incredible. The establishment is on the water so there are lots of crabs coming and going outside, it's lovely. The meals were incredible. We really enjoyed the sunset boat trip with the owner of the establishment. A charming, very classy man who spoke English quite well. We regret not having stayed longer because there are many places to visit around. Maybe next time...
Shima Kanko Hotel the Bay Suites

I stayed in a twin room at GW 1 for a night. Until before arrival, I was a little worried about staying with small children 々, but I am really grateful that everyone is friendly to kids. We recommend a course where you can take a walk along the promenade from The Bay Suite to The Classic. Sea urchin bonfam caviar, spiny lobster American sauce, and abalone steak (especially two kinds of vanilla butter sauce) were exceptional. At the 1 F shop in the classic, there is a local jibie curry bread sold only on Sundays, which is recommended.

Must be five-star praise! I originally booked a single room for 300 yuan, but I went and told me that I was promoted to a Japanese room if there were fewer guests today. Because of the epidemic, all the stores around here, including convenience stores, closed at six o'clock. I casually asked where I can have dinner nearby. As a result, the front desk drove me to the city for dinner. The service was really full! The breakfast is also very good.

Especially good experience SUP course must be chosen, the teacher is very enthusiastic, interesting, close contact with the sea, but unfortunately I did not see the stars, because it was cloudy for two days
