雖第一次聽到空調衹給一種模式的，來的這兩天降温了，空調衹有冷風，打電話問前台，酒店告知現在季節不冷，酒店中央空調衹能調整為一種統一模式，説實話八九百的房間一晚上，空調都吝嗇的衹給客人開一種模式製冷，這是我第一次住酒店遇到，真的大失所望！
另外就是説説温泉，專門過來泡温泉的，但是真的水太臟太臟太臟，我們上午十一點進去，每個池子都是白白小小的漂浮物，太誇張了，慕名來泡温泉，我覺得這是最讓人作惡的水了。
來過一次，絕對最後一次了！

設施：還可以，如果是智能馬桶就更好了！畢竟現在好多高檔酒店都是智能馬桶呢，還有洗臉池，台上盆雖然好看，但是太淺了，濺水，加上水龍頭使用起來也不方便，稍微大一點就濺水滿身。
衞生：衞生總體是可以的，但我們房間的泡池是經反映後，晚上進行了二次打掃後才乾淨，這方面需要加強！
環境：絕對是康養聖地，衹可惜我們去的時候天氣不太好，晴天來風景一定絕美！
服務：葱進停車場的保安開始，到前台，但服務人員，都非常好，主動服務意識強

超棒的一家度假酒店，狗子和我度過了美好的時光，酒店的餐廳也不錯，雖然相較於當地物價略有小貴，但確實物有所值，泡完温泉喝上一份山泉水煮的養生雞湯，一份下酒拼盤小酌一杯，人生不過如此……

帶家人來泡温泉，酒店環境很好，設施都很新，衞生也非常乾淨，説實話來之前是有點忐忑的，不過到達之後非常驚喜，房間裏的很多細節是用心了的，酒店衞生和服務標準可以説高於很多省會酒店，這裏要特別提一下酒店前台和客人的一對一服務，讓客人感覺很暖心也很方便，有問題隨時可以諮詢並得到回覆。在酒店和温泉區遇到的所有工作人員都會主動和你問好，並隨時準備提供幫助，説明酒店管理還是很不錯的。温泉水質很好，池子每天早上都有打掃並換水，工作人員按區域進行巡邏並隨時提供幫助，非常推薦早上去泡，人少空氣好，真的非常舒服。這次泡到了很好的湯，家人已經開始規劃下次來的時間了，希望酒店的服務可以繼續保持。
