The best hotel in Shiraz, as townfolks say too. It is located near the fortress but a bit far from metro entrance. The room is clean and quiet. Bathroom is also good and can relax in big bathtub. Internet connection is very fast and stable. Breakfast is superb quality and every menu is tasty. Only one thing which annoyed me was that 2 female disrespectful clerks were calling me Chini Chini in Persian while I was having breakfast and I could understand what they were saying behind my back because I know Persian. It is OK to mock Chinese or east Asians when they are alone but hotel clerks should never show such uneducated behaviour in front of the guest.

I originally wanted to stay at Houma Shiraz Hotel, but because there were no rooms, I checked online and saw a review from a guest praising Mr. Mohammed Bayat, the lobby manager of Zandiya Hotel.
Mr. Mohammad Bayat has a strong sense of responsibility and justice, which is touching. So I chose Zandiya Hotel without hesitation, and I was not disappointed. The service staff at the front desk are as warm as the sun, the lobby is spacious, and the rooms have newer and more complete facilities than those of the Houma Hotel. They are closer and more convenient to the city. The breakfast is rich and the stay is very happy and comfortable. Very recommended.
