Tui Blue Barut Andiz - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Very attentive service . Staff and management took time to speak to all and were extremely courteous . Food could have been hotter at mealtimes.

This was our third visit to this hotel over the past 11 years. Last visit 6 years ago we were slightly disappointed as it had just been turned into a Tui sensemar and compared to our original visit in 2013(pre Tui lease) it was good but just didn’t deliver. However we decided as we liked the area, the size of the hotel and great accessibility, we decided to give it a go again. And well, it was so much better. Tui seems to have all the bases covered now that it’s a Tui Blue and it seems to have rediscovered the Barut feel. We are so glad we went. Everyone from the front desk to the ladies who kept our rooms so well were excellent. The food was good wherever we ate, and in The Culinarium Nunatin looked after us so well. Surprisingly he remembered us from our last visit 6 years ago and couldn’t have been more helpful. The waiters in the main restaurant were excellent as well and as I have some mobility issues they always tried to seat us close the buffet. In fact all the staff were so helpful if they saw me struggling as were the majority of other guests. This hotel is a great choice if you have mobility issues as there are lifts to all floors, pool surrounding area is flat and easy to access. The pool itself also has great access to it with ramped steps into it. I would love to mention everyone by name but there were so many I would worry I forgot someone - but let’s just say they were all great. Rooms were lovely, food good and wine not bad either (better up in a La carte though). You could ask for a reserved sun bed if you had mobilit issues but I noticed on a few occasions these seats, (although reserved) were often left empty for most of the day. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect. We still have 3 days left. Can not fault anything. Gorgeous food, attentive staff and the CEO pictured is a brilliant cuddle buddy.

Wow, where do I start with this review. We can't thank Ergin, Savas and the staff enough. The service at this hotel is second to none. They go above and beyond expectations. From the start to finish of the holiday you're made to feel welcome, nothing is a burden to these guys. A massive thank you from my parents, wife and myself for making another fantastic holiday. See you all next May for another visit to your wonderful hotel.

Just returned from our 2nd visit to this hotel. This time my parents and son came and they now understand why we raved about it last year. Have booked again for 2025 as we honestly feel no other hotel could be better. The choice of food and drinks are superb. All the staff treat you like family and really do look after you whilst you are there I would love to individually name and thank them but I wouldn’t want to miss anyone out as every single one deserves a mention. Already counting down the days to our next visit. Love it!

What can I say that other reviews haven’t said. We had a fabulous time for the week we were there. The staff can’t do enough for you. I have a dairy allergy and needed to have alternative milk in my coffee. I asked the TUI rep and he spoke to the general manager and hey presto almond milk in the bars for me. I can’t thank them enough for how they looked after us. The staff at the spa are just as good we had a lovely massage and they were so informative and helpful. We probably will go back at some point and I am sure it will be just as good. Thank you.

Just returned from a superb holiday at The Barat Andiz. We had a most happy and relaxing fortnight there. The hotel and grounds were spotless the food excellent but most of all the staff really went out of their way to make our holiday memorable. No wonder people go back time after time!

This was our first time here and it definitely won’t be our last!!! What can we say about this fabulous hotel, from the staff to the food,cleanliness accommodation everything was just perfect. We have holidayed all over the world but this has beaten our favourite hotel hands down. So we now have a new favourite hotel, we have never known the hotel manager to be so hands on, you could tell this was a happy place as all staff smiled and spoke. That comes down from the top I would say everyone was treated like royalty so well done 👏 Food was absolutely delicious there was nothing at all not to like, drinks were very good too. Pool area was very clean and there were plenty of sun beds. Rooms were spotless and sheets/ towels changed very frequently, beds were very comfy too. What more can we say a great big thankyou to Ergin and all his staff for making our first trip there just perfect, hopefully see you next year . Just returned from our 17th visit (I think!) Never tire of coming "home" Had a wonderful two weeks. It is the outstanding staff who make the Andiz unique, led by example from General Manager Ergin and Operations Manager Savas. Every guest is made to feel special, whether it is your first time or umpteenth time. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, the food exceptional (and improves on each visit if that is possible). This visit, we did a "Behind the scenes" tour of the kitchen areas. Absolutely immaculate as would be expected and would put some UK establishments to shame. The pastry chefs who make all the wonderful cakes are amazing and so skilled! All credit to Velii, executive chef and his team. Special mention as always to the following staff: Mehmet - Front Office Manager Hasan - Service Manager Ufuk - Bar Manager Elvan- Housekeeping Manager Halit - Bar Captain Nuri - A La Carte Captain Ismail - Pool Bar ( What a smile!)
