Serene Garden Residence

Amazing villa, there are few like it in Asia. Huge property, we hosted our wedding there. Guests loved all the activities, from archery to the 5m diving board. But the staff and villa managers are what make it special. Perfect for a family holiday or group getaway.

This is our second time visiting and the owners continue to add new improvements and activities for families. It is the most relaxing and tranquil place we have ever experienced. Every morning we wake up to a beautiful view surrounded by a pristine garden and the sounds of nature. The photos cannot fully capture how amazing this property is. There are bunnies and chickens. The houses are tastefully decorated with luxurious bedding, high-end furniture and rainfall showers. There are many thoughtful amenities provided like clean water dispensers, Nespresso maker and steamer for your clothes. Activities: There is a zipline, fire pit, sauna, croquet, archery and many water toys to keep the family busy. Our kids also enjoyed finding craft supplies and books to read during the quiet time. There is a huge swimming pool with climbing wall and diving board. There is a gym with a good selection of work-out equipment. You spent most of our time at the property and didn't feel a need to leave. Food: The breakfast was delicious with a large spread of pastries, coffee to order, fresh fruit, juice and even an omelette station. We had the pleasure of trying out the new "Marshmallow Bar" cart to roast marshmallows and make s'mores as a family. It was a very special experience. Service: The service is exceptional. The staff are very kind, friendly and accommodating. They are happy to help in any way. Location: This is a great location for an escape away from the city. It is a few minutes away from the Wake Park Cambodia (must check-out) and 8 minutes to the Siem Reap city center like Pub Street and Kandal Village. 15 minute drive to Angkor Wat.

There is nowhere better than Serene Garden for a five star villa experience. The large grounds create a peaceful oasis just a short tuktuk ride from the temples or Siem Reap. The location is fantastic. There was so much to do in the garden, that we didn't want to leave the villa, including the pool and its incredible diving boards, the zip line, the tree house and climbing frame and the archery. The accommodation is luxurious; each room is spacious and well appointed without being cluttered. The bed linen was wonderful - the sort that you want to check the source of the bed sheets so that you can buy them for yourself later! The staff were very kind. Their presence is subtle and helpful. You get the sense that they are so happy to welcome you and for you to share in the wonderful experience of Serene Garden. Nothing was too much to ask, they helped us with anything we needed (and didn't know that we needed!) We all enjoyed the books on the shelves, and games in the cupboards and the array of activities on offer. My daughter declared that she never wanted to leave because it was so wonderful and there were still so many activities that she hadn't tried yet. I was worried that this place did not exist, that it was a hoax, it genuinely seemed to good to be true - but its all there and more! It really is the best place that I have ever (and probably will ever) stay.
