The rating is solely based on budget hotel standard. Stayed 5 nights. Plenty of mosquitoes and the air conditioning was not working properly. Unfortunately the weather was hot too. Complained and all was taken care well. Friendly staff. The room was huge, comfortable and clean beds, clean wc, quiet environment and nice pool. All things needed after a long and tiring day are checked off. We even requested for hot water, the staff provided us with water heater and cups. The food was ok too. 3$ for tuktuk to Pub Street

I didn’t know there were 2 different wings in that property, anyway we were put in the “Angkor” wing, honestly please do not have very high expectation of this wing, there were mosquitoes flying all over the property, floor tiles were quite dirty & no one seem to bother about cleaning it, lobby has no air conditioning, restaurant food is ok, overall staffs are very helpful with everything, location is near the night market, so is kind of convenient if you want to head over for some reflexology or massage at night.

The room are clean and comfortable, very friendly staff and no noisier make my stay so great 👍

We just spent 3 nights at J7 with wife and 20 yo son and it was excellent. The beds were large and very comfortable as was the overall size of the room and bathroom. Plenty of clothes hanging and bench space. There was also a seperate seating area and bench to work on laptop. We were on 3rd floor overlooking pool with balcony table and chairs. The room was very clean and serviced daily. Nothing was too much bother for staff and they will do anything to assist you. The most polite, helpful and friendly bunch of people you will find anywhere. They also packed us a breakfast box for our early start at Angkor Wot. The hotel in in very good condition and they keep it spotlessly clean. The breakfasts we had in hotel were of a high standard. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

The hygiene is very good and the environment is quiet. There are many geckos and small frogs in the corridor, but there are no geckos indoors. On the first day, it was a little golden tree frog, and on the second day, it was a cute little sparrow (it must have stayed with us for a night, and I heard the flapping of its wings in the morning. found). For hotel breakfast, you can order pasta, noodle soup, coffee and other foods from the menu. I didn’t see it on the golf course, so I don’t know where it is hidden. The gym is available and the kids go there every day. The swimming pool is not too big, suitable for guests who are not good at swimming. I stayed for three nights there to attend a training workshop. The location was central to everything especially the famous pub street. They have a good sized pool, but the room was ok. I killed at least 4 mosquitos in the first night. The food could be better and the service staff coud be more friendly given the fairly high price I paid. I am not sure if it was due to the fact that I was alsmost the only Khmer guest there and just became the minority in my own country. I certiainly had a better experience in other hotels I stayed with lower or similar price.

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

Great hotel. An oasis in the hectic city of Siem Reap. After a busy day in Angkor Wat or in the hectic city, you can relax perfectly. The tuk tuk ride costs $1.50 into town. Very friendly and personable people who run the hotel. I have diabetes and a new refrigerator was even put in my room so that I can cool my insulin well. Thanks for that ! The pool is perfect and the rooms are a nice size. I would come back at any time.
