This was a very good value stay. The only downside was having to not just preorder breakfast but also pick a time which was inconvenient in unplanned days. The staff were friendly and always smiling, although some front desk staff were hard to communicate with, not sure on basics questions like 'can I have a pool towel?' they were all quite young and enthusiastic thought so hopefully this will improve with time. The rooms were nicely fitted and clean, although we didn't really use the little patio due to mosquitoes. Pool was very nice and refreshing with comfortable loungers. The location couldn't be better. Very close to pub street but not noisy (on the ground floor anyway). Lots of eateries etc nearby

Traveled with my wife and adult son and his wife - us in our 50s, them late 20s. Staff was awesome, super friendly and attentive. Had a massage that was wonderful. Location was both good and not so good. It is very close to pub street and the night market. Pub street has great restaurants, bars and clubs. Very vibrant atmosphere. The drawback is the club music volume ramps up about mid flight and goes till about 3AM nightly. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the constant beat of the music at lte hours. This may bother light sleepers. I put in ear plugs and was fine. Overall this is a wonderful little boutique hotel.

Pros: The place’s location is not too bad, short walk to pub street and easy to hail Grab tuktuks. There is one girl there that speak some English and very good service. She was very helpful. But mostly we see staff standing around and when we asked for towels it never came. Cons: Our first room was by the pool and it was infested with mosquitoes. Spent the first day googling risks of catching malaria. No repellent was strong enough. Once we requested to go up, the new room was much better. Go for higher levels in general in Siem Reap to avoid mosquitoes, especially do not be near the pool. The pool was dirty but the kids insisted on going in so god help us! I don’t think chlorine is a thing here. The BIGGEST ISSUE for us is cleanliness. It’s ok to be old but not ok to be dirty. Everything was dirty, we have to take out the wipes and clean ourselves. The yellow seats are so disgusting I think my plane seats were more clean. This is one of the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The published photo are much nicer than it actually is… :( The pillows… omg if you are already there do not look inside. It’s putrid! Our friend’s room’s shower head was like a single tiny jet stream and the sink overflows. Bath gels in the shower are all empty, it’s just for show. They don’t refill even if you ask. …… This hotel has good potentials but just lack of good management. Channel some Japanese cleaning spirit it will do well! If you want to stay there go for a grand suite on the very top floor. But you need to keep the curtains closed as it gets very hot.
Siem Reap Urban Boutique Hotel

Grand older building with a lot of wood including I suspect original wooden staircase. The hotel is clean but a little tired looking - the rooms are spacious (mine) had windows you can actually open. There was a bathtub/shower combo with basic amenities. The bed was a little firm but nevertheless provided a good nights sleep. Pillows not hard. There was a (seemingly) newer part to the hotel that overlooked a beautiful pool. The breakfast was good and there was a restaurant within the hotel. It was clean AND the best feature of all was the staff . The location is great with a Brown Roaster coffee shop just down the road (hotel coffee was bad). I would definitely not only recommend this hotel but would definitely stay there again. Wifi included.

Location is good, just to the old market. Arrived at bus 8 Dollar + Tuk Tuk 1 Dollar from the new airport. There is a motorcycle rental shop nearby. There were only stairs, and I was on the 5 floor in Japan, so even if I bought a little, I ended up climbing the 5 floor stairs. I think that those with weak legs must give hope to the lower floors. Also, the room is large, but the rain leaked or some of the room was wet, and the socks were wet without notice. I didn't change the amenities on the first day and asked them to change it, but here again, the stairs of 5 floors (tired) occurred. 2 On the day, cleaning and amenities were replaced, but the floor of the toilet was soaked that I didn't notice it and my socks got wet again. As a result, I was washing it almost every day. And the shower is quite wet. Also, the steps on the stairs are not uniform, so it seems to kick. However, if you don't say luxury, you can stay in a private room cheaply, so I think it will be a good stay if you divide it.

Great and comfortable stay! I stay for 3 nights in the hotel, where i had really pleasant stay, because the staff service are really friendly, helpful and polite. Moreover the location is close to the city center and touristic places by walking, apart of that the facilities of the hotel such as common areas, swimming pool and bar are great! I definitely recommend the hotel for long or short stay you will have a comfortable and relax stay! Thank you very much staff service!
