Lovely hotel located in a quiet area of Siem Reap. Excellent, happy staff, especially the owners, who are more than willing to help with anything. Beautifully landscaped property with a lovely pool. Spacious rooms with a comfy bed and the best bed linens I experienced in 2 months of travel.Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back…

It was my first time traveling abroad alone and I couldn't speak English at all, so he translated everything into Japanese using his smartphone and explained the service from the beginning.
Also, on my last day, my flight was early and I had to leave the hotel early in the morning, but they were able to call me a taxi at any time.
If I had stayed at a different hotel, I don't think my sightseeing would have gone as smoothly.

The staff is very nice and smiling but is of no help. They did not know where the boat terminal from Battambang was, nor did they find a bus company going to Kampong Cham directly. Want to arrange a tuktuk to go to town but it's 10000riels instead of 6000...
The pool was cold during our stay so our son was unable to swim.
No restaurant service or breakfast.
Otherwise bedding ok. We had booked a deluxe triple room but did not have a terrace or logia as specified in the room description.

Excellent hotel, location and staff. We had a super 4-nights stay. The swimming pool is wonderful. The interior design is great. The bed and pillows were new and of the highest level of comfort. Wifi was very reliable and fast compared to much hotels. The staff was extremely helpful and the manager shared a lot of nice recommendations about where to eat and what to visit around (the hotel is near a high quality Apsara dance show!). This hotel is offering a lot of value for money.

Wonderful and beautiful little hotel with outstanding staff! The manager is Vady, and she personally took care of us. The rooms are large and well decorated. The swimming pool is beautiful and warm, the walkway is lined with gorgeous plants. It seems like a brand new and clean hotel that gives you an authentic feeling of Cambodia. This place is a mins from the hustle and bustle of the heavy traffic / noise and intense city lights. TukTuk ride was always and instantly available. So it felt like we got the best of both worlds. Staying here was a great choice. I highly recommend this hotel!
