Aniza Angkor Villa

I'm Japanese. I stayed at this hotel for one night to see the Encore Wat ruins. The location is very good, about 10 minutes by bike to the city pub street and 15 minutes to Encore Wat. The hotel was very kind, and even if I arrived at the hotel around 23:00, I asked for check-in procedures, rental bikes, and taxi arrangements, and they were willing to accept it. Rental bikes were also lent for $12 a day, which was a very enjoyable trip. I would like to stay again when I visit Siem Reap again. The disadvantage is 1. I think it will take a taxi fee for those who do not rent a motorcycle (it took $10 to get back and forth from the hotel early in the morning to Encore Wat) 2. It may have been bad to use, but I felt a little inconvenient because the shower temperature did not rise.

From the moment we were picked up hot and sweaty from the airport and handed ice cold, lavender smelling towels and cold water, we knew we'd booked the right place. This was a real oasis from all the heat and craziness of a big city. We loved it here. The rooms were luxurious and beautiful and staff helpful and attentive. The pool was AMAZING! The food, if a little limited, was lovely. The breakfasts were excellent. It felt very good value for money and getting a tuk tuk to Angkor Wat and other places was convenient, quick and cheap. Hugely recommend and will definitely return.

Good choice if you want to experience real Cambodian life style. The hosts were very pleasant and friendly, but when we arrived the shower was broken so we had to shower with the water from a barrel which wasn't very hot (but it was very hot so we didn't mind).

After 2 weeks of a hectic schedule we got to Cambodia. Palm Village has allowed us time to unwind. The pool is the best pool that I have experienced both size and temperature. The location in the suburbs is absolutely brilliant as we were able to avoid the noise of Siem Reap and visit the Temples in our own time with transport arranged via the hotel. We picked up a guide at the temples who stayed with us for the day. The rooms are quirky but very comfortable with large beds excellent AC and fridge. The bathrooms are amazing as is the bath. We decided to just chill here and the service and food felt like 5 star.

This hotel's service is out of this world, the staff was very attentive everywhere we went. When we arrived at the hotel (at check-in, from a tour, after lunch), someone was there to greet us outside of the building. Loved that they kept things open a little longer, the pool closes at 9pm but will stay open until 10pm and same goes with the restaurant. We left a few things in the room and before we left the premises, the cleaners came out to give us what we left. The property was clean, the only thing is one night we came back and there were bugs in the room (I believe from the rain) we were able to block them by putting towels against the cracks of the door. It is a boutique hotel, in the middle of an alley, I wouldn't walk around at night. But there are drivers outside of the hotel, we didn't use them or not sure how safe they are. The hotel is down the road from markets and restaurants. Also, a 8 minute drive to Angkor Wat and sight seeing landmarks.
