Hotel in a good position on the hill of Siena but totally "abandoned", worn carpet and upholstery, inadequate staff and not very clean. Room without bidet, small and with very old fixtures. Breakfast not very appealing

We stayed two nights with the school for a trip, friendly and helpful staff, all in all quite comfortable rooms, but the food wasn't very good, plus we found hair and my partner found a dead insect in the pasta, the quality of the the objects were poor, the bathroom door in my room fell off its hinges while I was opening it, a shame because it is a very beautiful place, and so you lose a lot

Una bella esperienza.sono stata in questa strutrura a febbraio. Avevo letto delle recensioni e al inizio ero un pó scetica ma in realta tutto è andato benissimo. IL nuovo propriettario è stato gentile e disponibile. Ci ha racontato che ha in piano dei lavori e spero che la prossima volta lo trovi ancora meglio. Cobsigliatissimo e al prezzo giusto.

I miei complimenti allo staff gentile e preparato . Ambiente pulito e silenzioso . La camera con balcone vista Siena anche se ha i suoi anni era carina e spaziosa . Apprezzato la macchina del caffè per un caffè pomeridiano in balcone . Colazione abbondante . Posizione ottima sia per il centro che le zone limitrofe . Consigliato per lunghi soggiorni . Ottimo equilibrio qualità prezzo .

Buona colazione e pulito. Abbiamo scelto una camera tripla essendo in famiglia con colazione inclusa. Ho trovato disponibilità e gentilezza! Il check in partiva alle 13 però sono stati gentilissimi a dare la camera prima del orario. Lo consiglio! Alla prossima!
