Such a beautiful place. Like stepping into Sienese history. Amazing breakfasts on the balcony overlooking S Giuseppe and the hills beyond. Caterina provided dairy free alternatives and a kettle so we could make tea any time. Everyone was really helpful. The original Etruscan house has was added to in the 15 and 17 centuries. Wander around to find the old kitchen, patterned marble floors, painted ceilings, and terraced garden. Lots of nooks and crannies and places to curl up with a book or sketch pad. It’s quirky, creaky and crumbling and all the more lovable for it.

great location and the place is full of character, very special. The room was clean comfortable and quiet. Only bad things: no AC (which is not good during the summer, and you can’t open the window because there is no mosquito screen and mosquitoes will get in) and our bathroom was very small and uncomfortable, it felt like a toy bathroom, awkward and would get water everywhere. Beautiful ceiling. Overall good.

The room was very charming and the b&b is in a great location, just a few minute walk from piazza di campo. The staff was very helpful. The only complaints is that is was very cold is the room at all times and my friend had dirt on her bedsheets.

The staff was very friendly right from the start. The rooms are very special, in ours there were several paintings and antique furniture. There are also several common rooms very well maintained. Finally, the garden is the pride of the place.

Se sei una persona che ci ci tiene alla pulizia, questo non è il posto adatto per te. Se sei allergico alla polvere preparati ad avere crisi asmatiche in continuazione. Per il resto le foto allegate alla recensione parlano da sole! Da evitare!

Ho avuto modo di trascorrere diversi giorni alla Residenza d’epoca Il Casato e non posso che portare con me un bellissimo ricordo di questo B&B dal sapore antico!!! Posizione eccellente a pochi minuti da Piazza del Campo, a pochi minuti dal Duomo ed in pochi minuti arrivi ovunque in città! La proprietaria, ospite davvero gentile e accogliente! Una persona difficile da dimenticare. Il palazzo dove si trova questo angolo di casa “fuori casa” e’ molto antico e senza renderti conto ti ritrovi in un pezzo di storia! Impagabile la vista della Torre di Piazza del Campo dalla finestra della mia camera!!! Quando tornerò a Siena, Sara’ qui che vorrò stare! Grazie per la gentilezza, per il calore e per la cioccolata calda che riscaldava il cuore!!!!

Soggiornatao già una volta in questa struttura e mi ero trovato molto bene ma questa volta , sì tutto ok dallo staff alla pulizia , ma il caldo in quella camera un pò piccola è troppo , finestre piccole ma so benissimo che non si possono modificare vista la struttura del b&b è storica per cui immodificabile ma vista la situazione un piccolo condizionatore mobile non ci starebbe male ....comunque problemino a parte per il resto sia la struttura che la città bellissimo

Hotel velho, desconfortável, escuro, escadaria grande para subir com malas, sem ninguém para ajudar. Portaria só funciona em determinado horário, até para fazer o pagamento final foi muito difícil. Achei péssimo, não recomendo e nunca voltarei
