It was the most amazing experience (not) Worst hotel in Bruxelles go here if you want bad service, inexistent safety and tasteless breakfast. Enough is enough. We went here during a school trip from Greece and the hotel had various problems.

Being disabled and a last minute decision to go, the room was clean and warm, with fresh towels every day. We asked the cleaning staff to leave the beds as we can throw the duvet on the bed at night, The wall socket was loose, but as we didn’t need to use that socket it wasn’t a problem, There were others sockets available in the room. The hotels is located only 1 km walk from the main town centre and half a km from the main Nord railway station, being disabled that was a plus point I discovered. Bus services stop outside the hotel and trams are the next road over. You can hire bikes and electric scooters all over the town, a great way to explore the town and sights. Reception Staff were pleasant and helpful, I got on well with one who’d lived in the Uk for 15yrs on a computer course at Essex university. All in all, a clean reasonably priced hotel close to the town centre

i stayed two nights in Brussels at one of the Prestige Hotel's flats as there were no eurostars back home at the end of my month long trip in europe. this was by far the worst place i stayed at. i specifically chose to stay here because it was the only private place (i no longer stay in hostels because of covid) i could find not too far from the city centre that had its own kitchen, I needed to cook in order to save money and also because I am vegan and coeliac so it's difficult to find places that are suitable for me to eat. to my great annoyance i found that the kitchen was basically unusable as the flame on the gas stove was for some reason over 10cm high and seemed very unsafe, none of the hobs could be adjusted and i didnt even try turning one of them on because it was totally bent somehow. when i first tried to use the stove the ignition didn't work (in hindsight it could have been that the oven was turned off at the plug, I didn't check this but when i messaged the hotel about it they didn't mention that i should check) and I was told: "Concerning the ignition, due to the foreseen gas situation in Europe, we had to take precautions. Therefore it will only work when the temperature will drop below 21 degrees." which seems like nonsense to me, however a member of staff kindly brought me a lighter to use the stove which I then decided against because it seemed completely unsafe. Since this trip I have complained several times and requested some sort of refund since it was completely unsafe (there were also several plug sockets that were just hanging out of the wall) and I have been totally ignored. I wouldn't stay here unless my only alternative was sleeping outside the train station for two nights. also there was no lift up to the flat (on the third floor, so not accessible) which i could deal with except the area was very poorly lit and some of the lights in the hall/stairway didn't turn on so i had to carry my giant suitcase up narrow steep stairs in the dark which was a bit scary the bathroom was okay except for the shelf directly above the tap which made it impossible to open the tap all the way and i found this very annoying. there were also hairs on the bedding (i chose the bed with the least hairs on it) and when i complained about this they said they had been washed so hopefully these were clean hairs but it was still pretty gross the only good thing was the view from the bedroom window- could see all the rooftops and some nice trees i could probably list a few more things but this review is long enough and i don't want to spend more time recalling. i wouldn't bother staying here if i was you

We booked 2 rooms for one night. Hotel gave us the rooms adjacent to each other as requested during booking. While one room was ok, the other one had bed bugs. We noticed that very late in the night / early morning and it was too late to request a change in room.

This was a horrible stay at this hotel. I hated every min of my stay at this place. To start with, the rooms do not look anything like the pictures. They're horrible and dirty. The gave me a room on the 1st floor which i was not happy to take because i had lot of heavy luggages to carry and the hotel does not have a lift service to the 1st floor. The receptionist was possibly one of the rudest person i have ever met in my entire life. He declined every single request i made with regards to my stay. The draws in the room were dirty. The shower was broken and no soap in any of the dispensers inside the bathroom. Above all, the hotel does not provide a breakfast service despite being charged for breakfast. The receptionist only told me this after i had made my payment. This was a nightmare stay at this hotel.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was fine for the price but it was a bit dilapidated. The sheets and bathroom were clean enough but the toilet brush was pretty disgusting. We arrived down to breakfast (there were signs saying that breakfast was served between 7am-10am and it was included in our reservation) to discover that they haven't served breakfast for over a year!
