It was a nightmare!! We rented an apartment at 8th floor and the place was so dirty!!! The couch and the sofas were burnt in some places! Sheets were dirty....The building staff didn't wear mask at all!!!! After such experience we just stayed for a night! The location was near Taksim, indeed you have to do some climbing to get there:))

The room was never cleaned! There is nothing in the room: no toilet paper, no detergents, not even soap, crockery with chips and miscellaneous items, bed with stains, no declared coffee machine!!! Everywhere smells of damp! They took a deposit for a faucet that did not work well before we moved in. Breakfast is nothing! For such a breakfast and one euro is a pity! They even manage to make coffee tasteless! For children, breakfasts are not thought out at all! Total disappointment and ruined mood! Not only do I not recommend this hotel, but I insist - pass by!!!!
