"The management is completely unprofesionall! We tried to change our room becouse it was very noisy (we could not sleep last night) and dark (no sun light during the day at all), and on the reception desk we get the answer that we have the room with sea view with extra charge, and fiew minutes later answer was we have no rooms to change at all!? At least they could try to help!"

"From the beginning until the end of our stay, the service was really good. All the staff is professional, friendly and well trained. The hotel grounds are well maintained: lots of trees, flowers and clean. The pool area doesn’t have a lot of lounge chairs, but most people go to the beach anyway. At the beach, the staff provides you with fresh towels, watermelon, etc. The lounge chairs are very confortable, not too close to each other. Even if it was full on our first day, they found a way to accommodate us. The beach is quiet, very clean and calm water, but there are pebbles for 2m, then sand once you’re in the water. It can just be tricky to get in and out. The spa staff is welcoming and they gave us a really relaxing ayurvedic massage. The gym is well equipped, has AC and I enjoyed my session with the personal trainer. The rooms are all differently decorated, it’s particular but practical in terms of space. As for food, everything was delicious. High qualify products, lots of choices for meat or fish lovers, vegetarians and they can easily accommodate vegans too. My only comment to the hotel restaurants would be that fish dishes aren’t vegetarian dishes : vegetarian dishes do not contain fish or meat products. In a nutshell: excellent address if you want tranquillity, great food and excellent service !"

"After 23 years we decided that we would finally have a honeymoon, so the pressure was on to find somewhere really special. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, the suites are absolutely beautiful and the view is breathtaking. We really couldn't fault this place, it was perfect in every way..and wel worth waiting for! If you are looking for a place with lots going on then it's not for you, Vouvourou has a few good restaurants and a couple of supermarkets, that's it. It also has the most stunning beaches! We particularly loved Paris restaurant, gorgeous good and an amazing view."

"I had been here years ago and thought it would be pleasant to return. However, it was a hugely letting-down experience with unreliable customer service. I had proceeded with a booking over the phone, where the type of the room, the respective dates and the price was agreed. The motive was that paying them directly (even though with the prices quoted online) I could help a medium business to avoid unnecessary fees, even though I had no direct benefit myself. Huge mistake. I did not receive any written confirmation, so I proceeded with calling 3 times in a period of 10 days, and I was invariably told to not worry at all and that the booking is safe and guaranteed. After 2 weeks of the initial phone call, I eventually received the confirmation in writing: the initially just over €900 reservation for 4 nights was increased to just below €1300. When I called to (naively) question whether there was a mistake, I was dismissed with “we never agreed anything”. Obviously they chose to increase their prices once they reached closer to the reservation dates by not honouring already made bookings. Needless to say, I am never returning to that hotel again and, unfortunately, I will be sharing my experience with anyone I know who is planning to visit Chalkidiki for them to avoid similar treatment by this establishment. This hotel’s attitude is damaging the tourism sector, decreases any transactional trust, and leaves customers with little choice than going through intermediates and not bring any business directly to them. However, I thank them for the lesson learnt, albeit the hard way: one has to toughen up, look after personal interests only, and be less caring for smaller businesses by going through intermediaries, to which the businesses have to pay additional fees."

"It was an extremely disappointing experience staying at this villa. The owner imposed excessive rules and was very bothered by our presence, making our entire stay unpleasant and tense. One of the most frustrating aspects was that the owner denied us access to the terrace in the evenings. This significantly limited our opportunities for relaxation and socializing in a pleasant and comfortable environment. Furthermore, the owner was fixated on silence and constantly warned us to make as little noise as possible. This created an oppressive and unpleasant atmosphere, where we felt constantly under surveillance and evaluation. Instead of feeling comfortable and relaxed, we feared any movement or sound could provoke the owner's dissatisfaction. Communication with the owner was also difficult and unpleasant. He was extremely strict and treated us with disrespect and a lack of empathy. We felt we were viewed as intruders rather than paying customers who should have been able to enjoy a pleasant experience. In conclusion, we do not recommend this villa to anyone seeking a relaxing and unrestricted vacation. The owner's attitude and excessive rules completely ruined the joy and comfort of our trip. It was an unpleasant experience, and we truly felt unwelcome. I paid a high price for the conditions I got. Indeed, the property is very clean. "
