Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Smyrna, GA

A/C had mildew inside the vents. So i didn't bother to turn on the heat or air, because i have asthma, and didn't want to breathe that.

The staff was professional and very nice. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond.

The Country Inn and Suites in Smyrna is great. Beautiful hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. We particularly loved the shower! Check in and Check out were very efficient. I just can't stand it when you have to wait forever to get checked in. This hotel handles it beautifully! The only issue, and the one that will probably keep us from booking here again, is the location. We didn't have any trouble LEAVING the hotel to go out for dinner or anything else, but we had so much trouble getting back. The hotel is at a very bad intersection. If you need to make a left turn (and you're a stranger in town because most people who stay at hotels are strangers to the towns they stay in!!!!), it is really difficult to understand which road you need to turn on to. There are two roads to the left. One is a very sharp V, the other is a large angle. We took the sharp V because it seemed like the hotel was right there. Nope. Some kind of parking lot. Then we had to figure out how to turn right out of the parking light, make a U-turn, and then come back to the hotel from the right. It was so difficult. If you're familiar with Smyrna or if it's going to be daylight when you're driving around, this is a great place!!! It really is. But if you've never been here before and you'll be driving in the dark, this probably isn't the best choice.

Employees were kind. The pool was “out of order” as the sign read. The employees were inconsistent with responses considering they all had different responses. Main reason for booking here was for pool. Called ahead and was told pool was accessible. However, showed up and was not.

We always stay here when in Smyrna. Staff is friendly & breakfast is tasty.

The check-in process was quick! Room was clean and spacious! Definitely enjoyed my 4-day stay!

“Accessible” room was great except for the HVAC. The room felt a bit damp and slightly musty. Other than that, wonderful staff, very clean hotel overall, great breakfast and location.

Hotel was nice room was nice only problem is the room has a damp musty ness to it most likely from old ac unit or mildew in the carpets … everything else was okay tho

Great location and easy access to highway. Only issue i had was that the freezer needed to be defrosted
