The location is excellent. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the BUS station. Please note that the hotel has two entrances. Google navigation will lead to the entrance on the street above, which is not the main entrance.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first night the a/c was not working, it was too hot, had to sleep with the window open and it was too crowded and loud, did not end up sleeping. The second night there was only hot boiling water in the shower so I was not able to shower. The bathroom was old and filthy dirty. We complained and wrote many letters and we did not even receive an apology letter. They are a bunch of liars in this hotel

Great location, 50 feet away from the main pedestrian areas, Corso Umberto. Comfortable beds. Rooms have been recently renovated. Very helpful and friendly front momdesstaff. Shower needs better cleaning and caulking. Water pressure and temperature is flaunting every minute whe.n Air-conditioning

Dear Guissi and the Entire Staff at Il Piccolo Giardino, Our group of 33 adults can never convey our gratitude and appreciation for our 3 day stay at your beautiful hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were made welcome, and knew we had found the perfect place in Taormina for us. The rooms are very well appointed, clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good, the location is perfect for exploring Taormina and excursions to surrounding areas, close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches, and the pool and rooftop terrace was a great place for our group to meet after a day of touring and exploring. It is always a pleasure to stay at a hotel where you know the people that work there take pride in all they do. I truly believe the value of this hotel would be hard to beat anywhere else in the city. I look forward to returning some day. Again, with sincere thanks, Marla and the entire group

In theory, this hotel could be great. Aside from the thin walls and uncomfortable beds, it’s in a great location and the staff is very kind and personable. Unfortunately, we had other, avoidable, issues that made our stay unbearable. Our room was infested with small flies and mosquitos that we spent an hour trying to get rid of because the window was left open by the cleaners late at night. The bathroom had black mold covering the walls and left us both coughing and feeling sick whilst in the room. When we requested to get a refund after the first night due to the health hazard and switch to another hotel, they said no but moved us to another room. This room was also infested with mosquitos and had mold on the curtains. Because of this, we had to sleep with masks on to prevent us from coughing while we were in the room.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone going to Taormina.

Small hotel with comfortable but not huge rooms. Staff are helpful and can sort transfers etc with no hassle The hotel is very clean and housekeeping do a great job. This hotel has a lift and wheelchair access is possible, but Taormina is not a disabled user friendly town. Lots of steps to access many restaurants and bars and steep slopes to the bus terminal
