The room is very new & clean. It’s safe to park the car overnight as I’ve seen the security guards patrol oftentimes.
The best thing is the water pressure is awesome to have a nice warm shower! It’s really makes me have a good night sleep after a long day.

Most restaurants are closed, pool as well and spa. I think I paid to much for just a room and play some slots.

Very good, there is free substitute parking at the entrance, the ****** on the first floor is fully equipped, and the indoor environment is also very good. It is only a 10-minute drive from the town. It is highly recommended

No in room, coffee pot for early rising. You have to get dressed and go to Starbuck. No in room microwave .One hot tub had cold water and the other was lukewarm with only three barely functioning jets working. Most requests at the front desk were denied. The room was clean and comfortable.

First I would like to say. I would have given 5 stars but one individual at the players card area was incredibly rude to my fiance and I. I took my father who is hard of hearing to get a new card. We waited in line until it was our turn. Once it was we all walked up together. My father got his card and instantly walked away to go play his favorite machines. The guy at the players card counter didn’t help us but instead yelled next person please, I told him we both needed cards as well. He looked at us very upset and said “just so you know you have to wait in line if you want a card” before I could tell him the switch my father he cut me off and said “IDs” we both ended up getting our cards but to the start of our stay that really really rubbed my fiance and I the wrong way. The front desk staff were all amazing and very sweet and friendly, but that individual ruined our first night there.

Everything was very clean and luxurious as far as the hotel room was. The ****** was reasonably clean with light cigarette odor flowing around. Lots of dining options to choose from. They have complimentary bottled water for all ****** guests and hotel guests placed throughout the ****** and hotel lobby. I want to personally thank Carmen and the entire staff at the front desk all through the night of January 8, 2024. Very professional and accommodating. I will be back in March 2024. Thank you all for the pleasant experience, well done.
