I did not get the double room I was expecting when I purchased it from *******. Not happy at all!!

I checked in and on going to my room found the door ajar and someone else was in the room. I was given another room.
The TV in the lounge part of the room had a blinking picture. The remote control for the TV in sleeping part of the room didnt work. I gave up and went to bed.

There was not warm/ hot water for the shower. They have signs posted at the property but wish there was something on the website. If we would have known we would not have booked. Ran out of coffee an hour after the breakfast began.

The staff are all incredible - very polite, full of smiles, and courteous. We checked out exactly at noon without having the feeling of being rushed.
The breakfast gives us a homey feeling. Loved the lemon poppy seeds scones and blueberry scones. The size of the scones was just perfect.

I like the large window with 2 shades that allows us to control the amount of outdoor light in the room! Staff is always friendly and the breakfasts are great! Great Hot food and cold selections. Always coffee!

The check-in process was extremely easy and pleasant. The bottled water, cookies and popcorn was definitely an added touch. The only thing was there was a lot of popcorn in the first elevator that someone spilled and didnt notify management or even pick up themselves.

The water pressure in the shower was low and quite insufficient. The power went out during the night and the work crew outside was very noisy. Not a great stay.
