It has never been cleaned. When I inquired, I learned that it is cleaned once every 14 days. The room is not soundproofed and overall the stay experience is very poor.

Check in was very unprofessional. Lady at the front desk was dressed like she just came in from living off the streets. Hood on over her head tied tight. Outside smoking cigarettes with a group of friends. Checked into our room. Dead bug on the table, crumbs of some sort were on one bed. Other bed didn’t have linens on it at all. Had to go down to the front desk and ask for linens. Completely unacceptable for a hotel to leave a room like that. Very dissatisfied with the quality of care that was taken from the staff.

Bed is not good. it made noise when I got up and when i turned

I was on business so really just needed a place to sleep. It was okay for that. Very basic room with no frills. It was very clean and surprisingly quiet.
The elevator was not working when I went to leave. Other than having to carry everything down the stairs it was fine.

horrible experience. i got stuck next to a room with people banging on the walls at 10 o clock at night. then i go to check out and got charged 40$ and accused of stealing property. when i called them and told them to recheck the room, they were extremely rude and barely apologized when they realized they were completely wrong. now i have wait 7 days to be refunded. ill never stay here again.
