The soap dispenser was tricky to operate. There's basic options are drinks in the room. I like a green tea. Even if this is available in the pub, I'd know where to go. I am vegan so only dairy milk available not plant based.

You have to go to the bar to check in but there were no staff I ended up going back to accommodation entrance then back again with suitcase etc in high wind and rain not best pleased. Breakfast cooked poor quality and continental limited. No teapots or mugs for cup of tea. If you are trying to compete with Premier Inn and your price was on a par then you need to up your game.

I stay for business working weekend, the room this time was much better than the other rooms I had stayed in, however I find the beds really uncomfortable as too hard and the pillows are just foam , everything else is nice .

very nice stay only complaint was that to get book in had go pub across accomadation find reception yes very busy serving food had wait someon come check in wasnt told room number think bout 4 trips back forth wasnt met by friendly face gave card for room had go back find room number noticed small writen nuber had see in dark had go further card as first put slot in room for lights so did lot people no idea how get in or get there room directed least 10 people were go get card room

The room and facilities were acceptable, the food in the attached restaurant (particularly the carvery) was not great - it was not fresh and not enjoyable.
The room was dusty and had a dirty bed sheet on arrival.

Clean and quiet, nice staff.
Didnt like the litter and wet leaves in nearest disabled parking area as potential to slip a hazard.
