The property was booked via the booking website and paid in full at the time of booking. The property manager/owner did not respond to any enquiries. On the day of check-in the contact phone was disconnected, and email message did not get responded to. The booking website customer service was able to refund the booking and find alternative accommodation. Extremely unprofessional. Be aware!

We arrived at the hotel location. We found out the Agoda booking was confirmed on this Apt/ hotel but already CLOSED! Give us floating in the middle and have to find a hotel available for booking. We booked ahead of course to get a cheaper price and convenience to get rest after a flight. We never know where to contact directly the AGODA and property owner couldn't reach. Agoda has online customer service only. Unbelievable both on this Apt/hotel and Agoda who really never check if the hotel is still in business. Please be alarmed now on booking an online service.

We booked the apartment through Airbnb, messaged them the day before and got no response. Drove 5 hours to Melbourne to check in after 2pm as advised on information and there was no way of getting in. The building manager finished at 12 noon and did not answer phone. Tried to message several times, no response. Contacted Airbnb, they also couldn't contact them. Ended having to book last minute into Quest apartments, thankfully they were excellent with their service - but blew the budget as last minute.
