The rooftop infinity pool offers stunning direct ocean views. It's very close to Clear Water Bay's beautiful beach, and a leisurely stroll along the beach in the evening with company was incredibly relaxing. The room hygiene was meticulous, and the space was ample for a group of people. The value for money among the numerous sea-view hotels in Clear Water Bay is excellent. The hotel boasts a rich array of entertainment facilities, including a water park and various leisure pools. My colleagues spent the day playing in the water and taking photos, and in the evening, when the sun wasn't as strong, we relaxed on lounge chairs by the sea, chatting – it was perfect for team building. The staff provided attentive service and were efficient. The breakfast selection was diverse. With its beautiful environment, comprehensive amenities, and a great deal, it's highly recommended for friends or colleagues traveling together!"

Many thanks to her for her care and attention over the past few days. Now, let me outline the pros and cons. **Pros:** The hotel is quite new, and not crowded. The dining areas and pools were also not busy. The kids' club is suitable for children under 8. The pool provides swim rings and anti-slip shoes for children, and the staff are polite. **Cons:** 1. The pool room had a strong, unpleasant fishy odor. The hotel actively tried to move us to another room, but the issue persisted. The compensation offered was only a dining credit, which wasn't even enough for three people. We were dissatisfied with this solution; for a three-night stay costing over 3,000, this resolution felt very reluctant and inadequate. 2. Hotel staff lacked proper training. When cleaning the pool, they used a large net that brushed against the wet bed. The smart toilet in the room was not smart at all; its buttons would light up automatically multiple times at night. The room clock was not set correctly and displayed the wrong time. Housekeeping did not clean up dessert containers or leftover coconuts. These are definitely not characteristics of a star-rated hotel. The pool's circulation system ran continuously at night, causing noise. I suggest they turn it off at night to save electricity. 3. Indigo and Kimpton are right next to each other. However, while Kimpton guests can use all of Indigo's recreational facilities, Indigo guests are not allowed to use Kimpton's golf simulator, cinema, or billiards room, even when these facilities are empty. This is an unfair rule, and it makes me question the communication between the two hotels. 4. We dined twice at Kimpton's restaurant for their buffet and at Hai Yu restaurant, and the food was delicious. Indigo's breakfast was also very good, but the restaurant staff did not remember guests' names or preferences. Every day felt like we were unrecognized, which is not up to the standard of a high-end hotel."

Every corner is Instagram-worthy, feeling more like an art museum than a hotel. The rooms are top-notch, with excellent amenities. The most delightful surprise was the hand-painted glass art created especially for our anniversary, a truly thoughtful touch. 2. **Exceptional Service:** * We used a secret phrase at the front desk and received a cute blind box and a commemorative pendant. * The in-room ”treasure chest” was incredibly practical: it included a full sun protection set (sunglasses, sunscreen, aloe vera gel), nail clippers, eye masks, and more, anticipating all sorts of forgotten essentials. * The Guest Relations Specialist, Vicky, deserves special praise! She contacted us by phone in advance and managed to upgrade us to a sea-view room despite the high occupancy during the summer. She also proactively arranged for the anniversary hand-painting and even sent us a Westie doll that we'd requested. Her warm and responsive service was truly touching. * Sales Manager KK was efficient in recording our needs and coordinating arrangements, proving both professional and reliable. 3. **Fantastic Public Areas:** The hotel's public areas are a veritable ”resort playground,” guaranteeing no boredom: in addition to various swimming pools, there's a lazy river, waterfall curtain, non-motorized water sports facilities, and more, complemented by numerous relaxation zones. Towels, mineral water, kickboards, and swimming rings are all readily available. There's even an e-sports area, which was astonishing. The overall greenery design is also aesthetically pleasing, and the outdoor public areas offer endless photo opportunities. My only regret is not booking an extra day. 4. **Abundant Dining Options:** There are many restaurants, and we didn't have a chance to try them all. Our room included social hour, drink vouchers, and the in-room mini-bar, providing more than enough to eat and drink. To be honest, the breakfast was visually more appealing than it was flavorful, but overall, it was definitely above average."
