The room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. I came to Lingshui for a babymoon and instantly fell in love with Raffles! The entire experience was perfect. The environment was comfortable, and the service was gentle and attentive. It's a true hidden gem for pregnant mothers looking to relax and unwind. The hotel's public areas exude an amazing ambiance, with lush Southeast Asian tropical garden scenery. The coconut groves are vibrant and flourishing, the grounds are clean and tranquil, and the greenery is artfully arranged. The pathways are flat and easy to walk, with no steep inclines, making them perfect for pregnant women to stroll, get some fresh air, and relax. Every photo taken here turns out beautifully. The room stay experience was superb. The room was spacious and airy, with soft, non-glaring natural light and a comfortable, uncrowded layout. The entire room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the facilities were complete. It was quiet and not noisy, making it especially suitable for pregnant mothers to rest and recuperate peacefully and comfortably. The hotel's private beach was meticulously maintained, with fine, soft sand. It was uncrowded and wonderfully peaceful, with a gentle and comfortable sea breeze. A slow walk there is incredibly therapeutic for both mind and body. What touched me most was the hotel's thoughtful and personalized service, especially how attentive and friendly they were to pregnant guests! The staff were gentle and meticulous throughout, proactively checking on my physical condition, offering soothing services, and avoiding noisy or strenuous arrangements. The attention to detail was exceptional. Our dedicated butler had already arranged non-slip mats and pregnancy-friendly pillows in the room. They were always on call, patiently responding to all our needs, making everything so convenient and worry-free. The complimentary travel photography service was also fantastic. The photographer was incredibly gentle and considerate, slowing down the pace and guiding us throughout, avoiding harsh sunlight and uncomfortable poses. The candid shots were natural and beautiful, and the original photos had incredibly high quality, making it easy to capture stunning and gentle babymoon photos. Overall, the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. The warm and thoughtful details made the stay truly healing. It's a high-quality hotel perfectly suited for a peaceful getaway.

Our first stop for the holiday was the Indigo Sanya Clearwater Bay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Before we even checked in, our butler, Summer, sent us an introduction to the hotel and recommendations for local food, which really built up our excitement. I have to give a huge shout-out to my butler! First, she upgraded our room, then, knowing I was on my period, she brought me brown sugar ginger tea. On our last night, she surprised me with cake and red wine. Oh my goodness, how can someone be so wonderful? My chat history with her is just full of 'thank yous' 🥹. The rafting was super fun, the pool was great for a dip, the gym was perfect for a run, and the public areas were beautiful for photos, no matter where you shot. Lying in bed and looking out at the sea was incredibly relaxing! Oh, and I also fell in love with the hotel's umbrellas – they're super cute. I asked for the purchase details and plan to have one shipped home.

I stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!

We even got complimentary welcome fruit. **Cleanliness:** I'm not exaggerating when I say this place is much cleaner than many long-established hotels. I've stayed at countless hotels in Sanya, and truly new and clean ones are rare. This one is both new and impeccably clean. **Facilities:** The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and it goes until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for us night owls. **Service:** Everyone here is so enthusiastic! Especially the breakfast greeters who cheerfully say ”Good morning, enjoy your meal!” every day – hearing that first thing just brightens your whole day. Our butler was incredibly responsive and proactive with service. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself. It's so new with great facilities. I feel like I've been staying in subpar rooms for years, so used to older accommodations. This hotel was a truly unexpected delight! I'll definitely stay here again. Oh, and the toiletries smell amazing too! Plus, the paddleboards at the pool are free to use, which is super fun!

The hotel boasts a tranquil and serene environment 👍. The lawn is thick and clean, free of branches or dead leaves, and is constantly being tidied up. There's an outdoor pool and a kids' water park, both with very clean water. The hot spring pools, built into the mountainside (like the Baicao Pool and natural sulfuric mineral hot springs) are fantastic 👍 – it's incredibly relaxing to soak in them after a tiring day. The kids' play area is a bit small, better suited for younger children, but it offers a rich variety of activities; older kids can enjoy crafts and other options. The specialty Qingbuliang for breakfast is better than takeout 👍, and dishes like sour noodles and Hainanese fried noodles are also very distinctive. Even after staying for several days, I didn't get tired of the food. I'll definitely be back to stay again.

The resort grounds are full of coconut trees, the pool is clean, and the greenery looks incredibly pleasant. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super soft – I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was substantial, and the egg tarts were delicious. They also had sweet potato and corn balls, and the buffet was fully stocked. Both the lobby and outdoor areas were spotless, giving off a strong island holiday vibe. It's been raining in Lingshui these past few days, so the weather has been cool and refreshing, and the air quality is genuinely good.

The B&B is a pleasant surprise. The environment is very good. The rooms are large and the equipment is new. The seafood porridge for breakfast is also delicious. The most praiseworthy thing is that the boss is really nice. He recommended us to feed the monkeys about 150 meters away from the hotel and catch the sea about 200 meters away. We were going to the pier to take a boat. The boss also picked us up and dropped us off. Go to the entrance of Daidai Island to watch the sunset. The boss doesn’t come to do anything, he just works silently👍🏻The children don’t want to leave👍🏻

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
