Fortunately, we stayed for 2 days. We can ask the staff to retrieve the slippers and inquire about the above questions on the second day. The staff service is polite and commendable. 👍🏻"

Guest UserNew Hotel. The Spa area is so small that you actually need to book it well in advance if you are planning to use it.. As most likely the slot which you would like is already taken. It's charged per hour...
Overnight parking is €19.
Very irritating is the shower in the bathroom as the water goes between too hot and too cold on its own pattern and you can't control it.. Typical for the buildings with the plumbing issues, or the water pressure..

The spa is a great place to enjoy the spa for years.
A small effort to organise room service but this problem is not from yesterday.
We will come back, of course!

Anonymous UserGood location near train station in Rouen. Love the hotel which is just next to the Rouen Tower, historical site. Love the sweets and candies and the fruits infused wster which is complimentary. Not forgetting the apples too. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.

Le forges hotel a beaucoup perdu en qualité surtout au niveau des buffets , asperges et salades de crudites le soir , du maquereau en poisson ,… du nectar d’orange en guise de jus d’orange pour le petit dejeuner , pas beaucoup de choix en quantité.
Plutot déçue pour cette fois .

Great hotel outside the main city centre.
We live the rooms that are comfortable with small but fantastic bathrooms.
The breskfadt is as expected and served in the bright, sunny dining room.
The sauna and gym are good. A ground floor pool table is fun and only €1 a game.
You need a car to stay at this hotel due to the location.
