NNgTongYowService from the front desk was excellent. Always helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very responsive to our requests. Right next door to the Duomo. Our room was modern and clean with the necessary amenities. Nothing pretentious. Excellent front desk service was the standout. Highly recommned.

JJJJGIn a very convenient location and it’s close to central station within walking distance. We can explore the entire city easily with convenient access. The room is so clean and neat and tidy with good service . The breakfast is very nice with lots of varieties of choices. Foods are refill quick and staffs are helpful. Overall it’s a great stay and I would come again if by any chance to visit here again! Amazing customer service!!!

GGuest UserGreat hotel overall. Yes, it’s a bit dated and could probably benefit from a refresh, but generally it is quite clean, very beautiful, and the bed linen is extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, my room faced the inner courtyard, so there was almost no natural light. The room itself was rather average. That said, the staff are excellent — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to explain everything in detail. The breakfast is good, but in my opinion quite overpriced. €45 per person feels very expensive for what is offered.

GGuest UserMilan is generally average I have always been more in favor of hotels on the small luxury hotel list. I had a great time staying at TomTom in Istanbul before, but I didn't expect this hotel to disappoint me. I feel that five stars are a bit reluctant, and four stars may be more appropriate. First of all, the bathroom is very bad, and the bath water will be all over the floor. Secondly, the toilet is too high, and a person who is 170cm tall will have his feet hanging in the air 😂It feels like the toilet will collapse at any time😂 The environment around the hotel is average, a bit dirty and messy. The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good.

AAnonymous UserThe Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator. The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning! The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous. Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

GGuest UserThis is a relatively new hotel, but it's quite far from the city center. A taxi from the central train station to the hotel costs €40, and there's no direct public transport; you have to transfer once (usually a bus then the subway). If you have an early flight, a taxi is your only option. The front desk service was mediocre. There was an older female staff member with darker skin who was quite cold and indifferent, and a few other staff members with darker skin also had a very average attitude. After using the shower in the room, the showerhead kept dripping noisily, but it seemed to have been fixed by staff before the second night, as it was much better. Breakfast was just okay.

RRomaThe stay was alright. I think the prices in Milan are too high for some basic facilities. Overall, it could be better. During the stay, we witnessed how the staff at the reception were mocking Asian tourists behind their backs. I think it's unacceptable. We also think the reception staff could be more helpful and informative. We had the case with a delievery of the goods to Germany, and it took forever for us with the help of stuff at the hotel.

GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.
