NNgTongYowService from the front desk was excellent. Always helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very responsive to our requests. Right next door to the Duomo. Our room was modern and clean with the necessary amenities. Nothing pretentious. Excellent front desk service was the standout. Highly recommned.

SSheneryiThe hotel offers breakfast, and the front desk service was decent. They're also very friendly towards Chinese guests! Although the room was quite standard, similar to a budget hotel in China, it was generally clean. I really liked that it had a large window that could be opened. The breakfast was also acceptable! For me, as long as a hotel abroad is safe and friendly to Chinese people, those two things make it a good hotel!

EElephant named BCan’t say enough about how attentive the staff is in this hotel and that truly makes the experience luxurious. We actually switched from a previously booked hotel to this as we randomly picked the hotel for brunch on our first transfer from Milan to Florence. The service was fantastic at the restaurant so we made the reservation for our night in Milan two days after. It did not disappoint. The front desk was helpful and friendly at check in, trying to find ways to offer me with a better experience but we had to check out early the next day; housekeeper at evening service was courteous and asked me if four free bottle of water would be enough for the night. But the most impressive person was Zheng at the morning buffet. She must have seen our look that we were in a hurry and were in travel mode and she offered 1) a discounted price coz we didn’t take much food for the buffet; and 2) takeaway boxes for our breakfast to go for the train ride. She also offered extra water and banana! Overall a really good stay and I wish i could stay longer

AAnonymous UserThe Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator. The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning! The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous. Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

RRip RipBased on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

Llitrix· **Excellent Location**: There's a convenience store and restaurants right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. · **Thoughtful Service**: The front desk processed check-in quickly. Knowing I was on a business trip, they proactively offered a late check-out. The room attendants were also very polite. · **Comfortable Room**: The room was clean and spacious, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept really well. The soundproofing was good; I wasn't disturbed by any hallway noise. · **Great Breakfast**: There was a wide selection of both Chinese and Western breakfast options, and the freshly cooked noodles were particularly delicious.

KKennard KurniaThe location is spot on. Walking distance to the duomo and the shopping districts and 4 mins walk to Armani Hotel and metro. I didn’t like that the lobby and the lift seems of a different generation from modern times. It’s really old and lift doesn’t bring the confidence it needs. I stayed at one of the renovated rooms and I felt the LED lights changer is unnecessary and the TV in the toilet is good to have but not a must. The electronics between main and toilet tv also doesn’t work too well. I have heard reviews from others that things have been stolen before so I always put my Do not disturb on. But somehow whenever I go out the DNC always gets reset so I had to put the door pamphlet DNC.

TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.

GGuest UserThe room size was just right and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The bedding was excellent, making for a super comfortable sleep! Breakfast was very plentiful, and the ambiance was great! The wardrobe was large and very spacious. The hotel even provided a converter next to the bed, so I could charge anything directly!

GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.
