"Location, cleanliness and service give exactly what you want. Hotel officials and staff are very polite and smiling. Since most of the guests are British and all the businesses in this area are mainly English concepts, it would be beneficial to go knowing what you want. It is located right at the beginning of the street where you can walk and where all the places are. The location is perfect, everything is at hand. Grocery store, market, pharmacy and most importantly Ölüdeniz. You can go to Ölüdeniz in 5 minutes by car. I would like to thank the Han Deluxe family for having a problem-free 1 week holiday. "Not far from Fethiye, the hotel is nestled in a villa community. Upon arrival in the evening, the owner upgraded our room free of charge. The hotel comprises three villas with a swimming pool in the middle and a beautiful garden. There's a restaurant that serves dinner. The breakfast was quite good, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and quiet, and the supermarket in the villa community is within walking distance, which is very convenient. It's great value for money, feels like home, and I would consider staying here again next time."

I recently stayed at Liberty Lykia Adults Only, and the experience exceeded all expectations. This is the adult-only section of the larger Liberty Lykia resort, and although both sections share the same vast territory and facilities, the Adults Only zone offers a much more serene and premium atmosphere.
✅ Rooms: The rooms in the Adults Only area are significantly larger and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet.
✅ All-Inclusive Dining: The quality of the food was fantastic — from generous buffet spreads to à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day.
✅ Shared Facilities: You still have access to the main Liberty Lykia resort, which includes multiple pools, beach areas, and entertainment zones — but you return to a peaceful adult-only space.
✅ Greenery & Space: The resort is surrounded by lush pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens. It really feels like a nature retreat by the sea.
✅ Perfect Value: The price difference between the family and adults-only areas is minimal, but the experience is vastly different — much quieter, more exclusive, and better suited for true relaxation.

GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing, and so is the service. I'm usually very picky about service, food, and the overall concept, but I honestly can't find a single fault here. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holidays at the end of May, it never felt crowded. Every request was handled instantly, whether it was for something in the room, at the restaurant, or on the beach. I never had to remind anyone. The food in the main restaurant was all delicious, which is also rare. I especially loved the steak selection for dinner and the abundance of interesting appetizers and salads. A special thank you to the pastry chefs, as the desserts are magnificent, both in the main restaurant and the pastry shop. The a la carte restaurants didn't impress me as much. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that in the 18+ ”no kids” zone and on the main beach, you don't feel like people are on top of you because there are so many sun loungers. It only gets busy around the main pools, but if you want, there's a pool on the first floor with swim-up room access, where you can always find a sun lounger and swim with a gorgeous view.
Special thanks to Mirza and Aidana, the chat assistants, who responded extremely quickly to everything and gave a warm welcome and farewell.
After this, we stayed at the Liberty Signa hotel, but all the service and the hotel overall fell short compared to Xo, even though they are part of the same chain.

VVictoriaThe hotel is located in a very beautiful bay. You need to get to the beach by boat, but it's even nice. The food is not bad. We wanted to thank Mizer, the manager, who helped us find the missing suitcase. A very professional employee! What was completely disappointing was the weak competence of the girls at the reception, who did not solve a single issue. But what was disappointing was the outright rudeness of the GULAY employee, who openly spoke rudely and snapped. When I asked to find out where the ferry from Fethiye leaves from and to order a transfer, she told me that this was not her job description. I don't even know what her job description is then. It seems to me that such an unqualified employee has no place in a five-star hotel. Clients pay for a five-star hotel to receive service, not rudeness. Here the employee sits talking on the phone, ignoring me completely, although there is no one at the reception.

It’s the first time to live all-inclusive, it’s a happy hometown, all kinds of restaurant food, drinks, snacks, supper, drinks are free, and there are all kinds of entertainment, archery, tennis, football, table tennis, billiards, you can go to Fete by sea Xie, go to the jazz bar to listen to music and enjoy fine wine and food at night, it is unforgettable.

Location: It is a five-minute walk to the beach. It takes five minutes to walk from the minibus, and it is not on the street and not noisy.
Environment: It is a small garden villa hotel with many foreigners. The environment is superb. The center is the swimming pool, and there are a lot of lounge chairs. The whole hotel garden is relatively clean inside and out, and the greenery is also very good, giving people a very chill feeling.
Service: Superb! ! ! The front desk lady is super enthusiastic, fluent in English, communication is very smooth, and the introduction is in place. The hotel has buffets, wine bars, and dessert bars to eat as you like!
Meals: There are many types of buffets, the taste is more European, and there are many seats without crowding.

The overall environment is clean and elegant, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the service quality is high. You can take the olumdeniz minibus at the street corner to the terminal to reach the Dead Sea beach. The fare is 7 liras, which is quite convenient and recommended.

Because it is an all-inclusive hotel, three meals a day are solved in the hotel, and the kids will not feel bored as long as there is water to play. There are very few Chinese people, and more Europeans and Americans come for vacation. The hotel design is very unreasonable. The elevator can only go to the 5th floor, but our room is on the 6th floor. There is a problem with the shower. Anyway, the bathroom is leaking.

If they say check-in at 2 o'clock, it means 2 o'clock. Foreigners are not flexible in doing things. But this time we were lucky. The hotel gave us a room at 10 o'clock and helped us upgrade the room to the sea. The room has a very good view and a warm room with 2 beds. JJackzhuOne month before check-in, the Wyndham official website showed full rooms, but it was still available on Ctrip, so I booked three 68-square-meter rooms with balcony bubble pools. Unexpectedly, on the day of check-in at the hotel, the front desk manager said that we did not book Ramada, but another small hotel next door in the same group. The booking showed that Ctrip booked it through another agency. Fortunately, there were three rooms left that day, but the price difference had to be paid. One of the rooms was a smaller room type, but each room had to pay a price difference of 180 euros. The hotel raised the price on the spot. After negotiating with Ctrip, it was relatively straightforward. I paid at the front desk and Ctrip paid the price difference to me. Even so, I was in a bad mood and it took more than an hour to get it done.
The hotel has a good view, overlooking the Dead Sea, and it is refreshing. It is a good hotel in Fethiye. But the service attitude of the hotel staff is very bad. There is really no international chain hotel in this place. If you come to Fethiye again, you will definitely have a better experience if you find a local boutique hotel.
