"Excellent hotel, fantastic location short walk from the port and centre. Staff were all excellent, rooms nice with good aircon. Second floor pool facing has views over the sea and nice little balconies albeit very hot in August. Breakfast lovely. All in all a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again if returning to Spetses. The town itself is lovely with great restaurants, cafes, ferry connections to mainland or other islands."

"Extremely expensive for what it is. The building is old, very old with wooden doors and windows. The quality of service very low and overall I felt it was not worth it. It is not run by professionals. AVOID at all cost. I would not recommend it at all."

Experienced a couple of early season issues which were professionally dealt with and kindly upgraded to a suite for our final night. The standard rooms are a bit basic but comfortable, suites fantastic with every luxury. Staff very friendly and efficient. Good breakfast, especially the pastries."
