"Absolutely terrible, despite the temperature being only 20 degrees the room on arrival was 37 degrees and no attempt had been made to cool the building or rooms. Corridors were even hotter with doors firmly shut so no through draft. Temp stayed the same all night so sleeping in 37 degrees. All for £228 for one night. Complained and premier Inn came back with tough luck!!"

"Very disappointed. General feel of the hotel is very dated and stuffy. Rooms were not cleaned to the standard of which they are charging for a stay. For £250, you can expect poorly washed sheets, no aircon and poor air circulation, broken bathroom facilities and mould, and a lovely smell of damp. Breakfast is overpriced for the standard you are receiving. I shall not be stay nor will I be recommending this hotel to others."

"Overall a good choice to reduce the cost of a long weekend stay as the city centre Premier Inns are considerably more expensive. Great parking facilities and lovely staff. Rooms are windowless, but well kitted out (no drink making facilities) and well maintained. The superb AC was a boon in 29C weather! A great bus service into the city centre is only a short walk away as are several supermarkets and food chains. Only gripe was being provided one pillow and one towel per person and having to pay for extras."
