Shivshanti Holiday Inn

The hotel rooms are under construction and are really in bad condition. They are selling their lowest price rooms at the highest price. Honestly, compared to similar rooms in the locality, it should not have been priced more than 2000- rupees.

Very homely atmosphere, personal attention was given to make stay comfortable

The owners are very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and the hotel is near the beach. Recommended for families.

Once we checked in the toilet was not clean. We had to change the room thrice. After that the allocated room was terrible. Toilet door was broken. Tv was not working. Room was not cleaned well. Overall pathetic experience

untidy rooms... dirty bedsheet.. not cleaned for months... constant noise from bathroom pipe connection and power cut...

Food is not upto the mark, pool is not well maintained, services are not upto the mark.

Food quality was excellent and hygiene

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. Within 5 mins walk we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Shrivardhan. The food was the USP, I must say. We enjoyed eating both veg and non-veg dishes. The food was cooked with so much of love which gave us the homely vibe.. Resort is very good and clean. Food is good. House keeping team is very polite and prompt. The room was cleaned everyday and reminder was provided for cleaning the room from house keeping team. In this COVID times this was very useful. 
Our stay at the hotel was just for 3 day one night, but we extended it for 3 more days based on wonderful experience and treatment we recived at the resort. Luckily we met Vaibhav, Owner at Shiv Shanti Hoilday Inn, Shrivardhan. He briefed us about few undiscovered beautiful places like Aaravi beach and Shekhadi corner point,so which turned out be great location with superb sea view. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. He accompanied us to the beach and we had a great time together. Awesome food and good services..best resort we ever visit.....
Will definitely recommend to my friends and others‍‍‍‍‍.....excellent services and surely visit again.... All respect for him and team who does a great job here. Excellent hoshpitality.
