After I confirmed, they quickly processed my check-in, further enhancing my positive impression with their efficiency. Before this, I had contacted the hotel regarding parking. They informed me they had two parking lots, so there wouldn't be an issue finding a spot, with one located at the hotel entrance and the other about 200 meters away. They then asked for my estimated arrival time. As I was about to arrive, I received a call from the hotel letting me know there were still parking spaces available at the entrance. This made me feel cared for and warm, which was very comforting. Now, let's talk about the feeling after checking into the room. The first impression was how smart technology has integrated into daily life. Voice-controlled air conditioning, lighting, curtains, and entertainment systems provided immense relief after a long and tiring journey. The mental focus I maintained while driving immediately relaxed. The neighboring room was drinking and making noise on the terrace until more than 3 am. I called the front desk to report it, but it was not resolved. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all.

Super cute and friendly staff. All good. The only thing was that you could smell that smoking in the room is allowed and the old smoke smell is very strong. If you are not smoking I would recommend asking for a non-smoking room :)

After initial registration issues and our persistence we got our room. Everything works well, it's quiet and clean. Location is convinient, just a few hundret meters to a very good food street. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Will come again for sure.
