I often travel here with my colleagues and found that a new hotel was opened here. I came here to try it. The hotel was full of my expectations. The health and environmental services of the hotel were really nothing to say. It was very safe and comfortable and the internet speed was very fast. It was very convenient to work. General tickets and Special tickets can be opened. The room is also very soundproof. It is not noisy at all. The facilities are all available. The laundry dryer, ironing machine and gym can be used for free. Even the laundry detergent and softener are provided for free.

Overall, the hotel should have been renovated in the past few years, the facilities are still relatively new, the bedding is OK, the towels are very old, the service staff is not working, there are many parking spaces at the door, this is very good! Breakfast is generally the same, just eat a little or not, the room design is not good, the air conditioner blows on the bedside

What impressed me most upon entering the room was its cleanliness. The bedding was spotless, the floors pristine, and the bathroom was completely odor-free. The lighting design in the room created a wonderful ambiance, making it incredibly relaxing to lie in bed at night. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and I slept better than usual, waking up refreshed after a full night's sleep. A delightful surprise was the smart speaker in the room. I could easily connect my phone and play my favorite music. Whether I was relaxing, working, or even showering, having my music on really enhanced the atmosphere. After a busy day, coming back to the hotel and enjoying a hot shower with my preferred tunes playing was incredibly stress-relieving. These small, thoughtful details, though not immediately obvious, genuinely elevated the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel also excelled in many thoughtful details, from the quality of the toiletries to the room's amenities. The Wi-Fi was stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very comfortable stay overall. For frequent travelers, finding a clean, quiet, and well-serviced hotel can be a challenge. Lufeng Hotel genuinely left me feeling like I'd 'definitely come back again.' The room was large and quite comfortable. The elevator and the carpet outside the elevator needed washing as they were a bit dirty. Breakfast starts at 7:00, but we went to the breakfast restaurant at 6:40. The staff on duty responded quickly; we could have a bowl of noodles first, and then they promptly brought out the other breakfast items, which was quite nice. However, the front desk service was really not good.

The hotel is conveniently located, the room is clean and tidy, there is no smell, the bedding is comfortable and sleepy, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-out is efficient and not delayed, the facilities are complete and cost-effective, the overall experience is superb, and the next trip will be the first choice!
