I stayed with family for two days. Property and location is good, maintained and hygienic. Staff is very cooperative and service is excellent. Food quality is also good. Thanks to front desk manager mr. Satish. Bathroom is small, require more lighting. Over all i rate it as excellent for family stay.

We had booked a family room that sleeps 6 people. Pros: 1. Nearby mahalaxmi temple 2. The room was decent and had 2 bathrooms. 3. Decent pricing cons: 1. They lacked basic amenities though. The bathing bar was not good as it did not create any foam. Had to buy one from a shop. 2. Only 1 bottled water per day even if you are a group of 5 people and booked a family room. 3. We had requested glasses and a hot kettle. Both were unclean. 4. Our room windows opened to an apartment building nearby so you get no privacy if you choose to keep them open. If you keep them closed, there is no ventilation. 5. The ceiling fans were set at a constant speed that you can't increase or decrease. 6. No tv in the room 7. Rooms are not as shown in property photoes

Stay at the hotel was good. The room is clean. Staff behaviour is polite. Food is very delicious. Other amenities like indoor game, jim and the swimming pool are best. Hotel situated at the centre of city.

Travelled to kolhapur for poornimaand Friday darshan at mahalaxmi temple. Had stayed earlier with sam hotel when it was newly launched. Now, the staff is well experienced and courteous. facilities are pretty much standard and overall a good experience.

pros:- •rooms look pretty good •service is good •food is very tasty 👌 cons:- •no good hot water in bathrooms in the month of december (shivering cold day) only a bit of warm water is available, but manageable •flush lever of comode sometimes works, but manageable conclusion: it is a good hotel to stay in. will i visit it again?, yes of course! via mmt only and with good discounts👍

Hotel bed was not good i booked king bed but they provide 2 single bed were combined together no reception person was ther. No hot water. No image taken. Phone was not working. Every time i have to walk to reception for assistance or order something no drinking water was provided highly unsatisfied by hotel
