I booked a room type on the 2nd floor on Trip, but I said that the 2nd floor was full. I was a bit lost at the moment. (Because the 1st floor will be noisy, and we are indeed affected by the footsteps upstairs and the sound outside) But the counter staff was very kind and invited us to drink beer. I went to the Grand Canyon the next morning. But the counter has not been open and there is no self-check-out, so I have to leave the room card in the room and leave a message to the housekeeping staff to assist in check-out.

Due to the change in the itinerary, the separate order was booked for two nights. After several twists and turns, in the case of making up the difference, you can finally stay for two nights without changing the room. But the next night, I was surprised that the room was not cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, I was accused of cleaning the room service. The guest asked to take the initiative to ask at the time of check-in, otherwise it would not be cleaned. This is the first time I have encountered the rule since I have traveled to the store for decades. I had to take a few clean towels and endure this unacceptable service.

After leaving the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, I was a little tired going back to Las Vegas, so I chose to stay in Flagstaff. After much deliberation, I chose Fairfield Inn, which is a very good hotel. The town is not big, and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

We stay at Tru hotels often and love them for what we need. This stay was nice, clean, and modern. Breakfast was good and fresh for a free hotel breakfast.
I didn’t give this stay all 5s because charging guests to park their car feels like an unnecessary money grab. We already paid more to stay at this hotel, even though there were less expensive options in the area.

JweefafiGreat hotel not far from Interstate 40. Sedona is only 30 minute drive and well worth a visit.
Monument Valley and Grand Canyon are doable in a day nd Denny’s , petrol station and Cold Stone ice cream are close by

DashiellQuiet, clean, great staff. The ONLY negative was there’s no breakfast served during the Covid-19 alerts. One of my go-to amenities is a property that has breakfast available. This should be noted so that an informed decision can be made.

A comfortable trip beyond expectations, this hotel is worth N repurchases!
From the beginning of stepping into the lobby, you can feel the hotel's intentions. The front desk staff smiled gently. Not only did they quickly check in, but also took the initiative to inform the surrounding specialty restaurants and walking routes. Even the ”want to borrow a charging head” I mentioned immediately helped to send it to the room. The details were full of warmth.
The room is more spacious and bright than the picture. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the city night view into a natural painting, and you can get a full screen to cure when you open the curtains. The most pleasant surprise is the bedding, the softness is just right, like being trapped in the clouds, I fell asleep after a day of running, and I woke up without fatigue. The bathroom is dry and wet separation is very thorough, the toiletries are a faint cedar smell, and I can't help but want to ask about the brand.
The breakfast is super rich, from freshly cooked noodles to fresh fruits, baked snacks, even coffee has several flavors to choose from, the chef will also take the initiative to ask if the taste is satisfactory, more intimate than the breakfast at home. When I checked out, I found that I accidentally dropped the headset under the pillow and cleaned it.

Guest UserWhile the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the beds in the room were so uncomfortable. The mattresses were way too hard and felt like a spring was trying to poke through. There were small flying bugs constantly in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable night's sleep.

MaryThe hotel is dated but nice and spacious. The breakfast was terrible but is expected in a pandemic. I hoped for muffins or waffles but the packaged fake bagels and frozen hard boiled eggs had to do.
