4-Star Hotels in Florianopolis

On arrival, car drop off and check in was hassle free and good. The Rooftop pool was just spectacular and had a really relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was good, lots of options and the staff were helpful. One thing that really bothered me was that having booked 3 days in advance and asking for a good view we received a very disappointing room. When asking reception to move room she said all the better rooms at the rate we paid for had been booked THAT day? Another bad point was the bathroom door was extremely noisy when opening and closing. Initial thoughts on hotel/service were bad but soon changed after we visited the pool which is the star attraction.

The room is very big and close to the beach. The front desk staff is also very friendly. After checking out, you can also store your luggage at the front desk and get a towel for free to go to the beach. The sea water is very clear and the beach quality is also great.

Немного муторный процесс заселения. Желательно предварительно связаться с объектом и зарегистрировать своё пребытие. Мы общались через whatsapp на английском языке. Код доступа к апартам высылают только в 13.00 в день заселения. Сами апарты соответствуют фотографиям. Более-менее всё чисто, аккуратно. До пляжа минут 7-8 неспешным шагом

The hotel is super complete, in an exceptional location with excellent breakfast quality. The swimming pool area is very pleasant and the entire team works very carefully. It is a place to come back several times!

The hotel is well located, only the service needs to improve. I asked for a towel because we were in the family and had no towel for everyone, but they said that they would take it and did not take it.
