4-Star Hotels in Puebla

Good hotel close to supermarkets, shops, a casino and more. Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view but the window could not be opened. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of different kind of food. Unfortunately the pool area was under maintenance.

First, quiet, quiet, second, clean, and third, delicious breakfast. Fourth, the location is convenient, close to the church, and fifth, parking is available on the roadside, and the hotel has someone responsible. It seems that there are only three people in the hotel who are responsible for each, a front desk, a complex restaurant, and a parking lot. Is it enough? I seem to have nothing else to ask for Sleep until eight o'clock. I pay attention to quiet first, so if you want to sleep well, choose this one

The Courtyard Puebla Las Animas offers an exceptional stay, primarily defined by its majestic location. My room provided a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Volcano mountain, which was the absolute highlight—truly spectacular to wake up to. Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

Facilities: Older hotel, no elevator, no air conditioning, parking lot, tight parking spaces Hygiene: Hygiene is OK, very clean, bedding is very clean, the room is also very good Environment: Generally speaking, the room soundproofing is too bad. The aisle on the opposite door does not stop until one or two in the morning. The speech can be heard clearly. I don’t know if it’s a quality problem for the locals or what. Service: Generally, after all, the price is not high.

This superior room called Carmen is a little worse than the master room and has a small balcony. The disadvantage is that the water in the bathroom will come back to the taste, and the sewer pipes in the old house will not be handled well.

Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

The hotel is in a great location near many places. The staff are very friendly. The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.
